Dr. Arun Hospital

Over the last 20 days, we have spent nearly 25,000, yet there has been a complete lack of transparency and integrity in the services provided. The doctor tends to blame everyone except herself for the shortcomings, which is deeply concerning. On one occasion, we waited for nearly 4 hours. After finally being called in, a scan was done, and she left without giving us any update. Ten minutes later, she conveyed some vague explanation through one of the staff members, which did not clarify anything. We respect the doctor's time, but if she is genuinely too busy, it's unfair to accept appointments or engage over the phone and still charge high consultation fees -- in our case, nearly 4,000. Moreover, there is pressure to purchase specific items like tables, regardless of our financial situation. Refusal results in the denial of access to our own medical file. Such coercive behavior is unethical. Publicly, the doctor scolds her staff, and when patients leave, she blames the patients in front of the staff. The entire scan process feels disorganized and frustrating, handled by untrained or indifferent workers. Despite the significant money we are asked to pay, there is no clear communication or update on medical conditions. Instead, we are met with rude behavior and shouting. At times, we were even directed to the doctor's home, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional -- and yet, more charges followed. In my honest opinion, this has been one of the most disappointing medical experiences of my life. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hospital and its staff. Patients deserve better treatment, clear communication, and respect for their time and money.
