This hospital reception response is very very bad, not following token method & very bad experience , not satisfied

Long waiting time, doctors and nurses were running for emergency deliveries which is appreciable but simultaneously 50s like pregnant mothers are waiting for consultation... The whole day spent on waiting even without eating in between... Only one doctor versus 50 more patients.. Worst experience ever... They are not recruiting more obstetricians for caring these much patients... Hospital cleanliness is maintained good... Service is good... Got vexed by waiting. At last met doctor... Her service is good and kind, Nurses are kind and good. If they are caring within time, hospital will be the best.

Receptionist Staff's are very worst replying to peasants and visitors....! Receptionist Staff's members are not following the token of rools and regulations ! DR. Rajalakshmi, madam is very good . But, they Reception girls are worst replying the token issue !

It is ok hospital. My wife was told that only C section is possible in 9th month itself. Even before 4 days of due date, the doctor told only cesarean is possible. My wife is admitted to JIPMER Puducherry on the same day and delivered normally next day(27/06/2022). Even when my wife asked for C section due to pain, JIPMER doctors done Natural labor. Thank you Jipmer. If C section is OK, then Rajam hospital is good

Friendly and Trustworthy doctor. Treats patients very well. Mostly all deliveries are normally done here.

Nurse talking like Barota Soori, token stars again from begining. No kindness. Worst

Good Gynaecologist in the surroundings, too much waiting time and hospitality needs improvement.
