Dr. Reshma Medical Centre

I recently visited this hospital and had a disappointing experience, especially with the lab services. While the doctor was generally okay, but the lab results provided were incorrect in my case. This forced me to spend an additional 2k on a separate private lab test to verify the results. What was particularly troubling was that the doctor initially suggested medication based solely on the inaccurate report through call to nurse, without any secondary analysis or verification. When I informed the doctor about the discrepancy the next day in person, rather than addressing the issue, she questioned the reliability of the private lab's results, unwilling to consider the possibility of an error on their part. This lack of accountability from both the lab and the doctor is deeply concerning, and it left me feeling uneasy about my health and the care provided. Overall, I'm disappointed by the hospital's approach to accuracy and responsibility in handling lab reports, and I hope improvements are made in these areas to ensure patient safety and trust.

Not recommended. The doctor barely gave a minute, didn't explain anything properly, even during the first visit or at routine checkup.

The care and patient attentiveness by the doctor is highly recommended. The doctor's real motive is always to try and normalize (bring down the dosage) the drug intake in each individual patient instead of prescribing too much of anything and everything, which in general means positivity for a normal lifestyle. As a Diabetologist Dr. Anitha is trying hard and her able best to stand apart from commoners so that she could help the patients those are confidently relying on her medical advice.

Great, Friendly & Supportive staff, all in one med facility, in-house & out-patient treatment, lab & pharmacy, opens at 9am, parking along the road.
