This hospital has only one washroom available for OP patients, which is shared by both male and female patients. It's especially inconvenient for pregnant women, who often visit here. The restroom facility is inadequate and uncomfortable. When IV injections are given during OP hours, there's only one bed available. As soon as one patient receives their injection, they are asked to vacate the bed immediately so the next patient can lie down. There's no time or space allowed for rest or recovery after the injection. Scans and echocardiograms are not done within the hospital. Patients are asked to go outside to other centers for these tests. However, those external bills are not accepted for reimbursement, as the hospital claims those are from a different provider. It's unclear what patients are supposed to do in such cases. When we asked about insurance coverage, they said only reimbursement is possible -- not cashless. But even for reimbursement, bills for echo, scan, blood test, ECG, and X-rays are not accepted. Only bills for purchased medicines are considered valid. Even when outside doctors come to this hospital for consultations, the fees are taken separately in cash without including them in the hospital bill -- and those charges also can't be claimed under insurance. Discharge summaries take up to 10 days to be issued, which causes unnecessary delays. The doctors and nurses here are kind and polite. But the receptionist and the insurance department staff are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Also, they never give proper change for bill payments. If we are short by even 2 rupees, they refuse to accept the payment. But when they owe 1 or 2 rupees back, they never return it.

Very good service. Hospital is very clean. Comfortable. Like home feel. No discomfortable.. doctors and nurses are very kind and good service. I'm very satisfied.
