Dr. SURENDRA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL

Very good hospital. Sisters Manjula, Boomika and soundarya were excellent. Took care like their own family. They were in time when called,listened to all our concerns and took action immediately. Very sweet of them. Really thankful to all of them.

Recently i visited this hospital. In ICU ward security did not control the visitors. All are in and out to visit patient without any proper mask. The visitors are not understanding the patient situation. Management need attention visitor allowed only visiting time. But today i saw two patients relatives visited every seconds in and out.

I would like to share my experience with Surendra Hospital. The doctors here are excellent and highly skilled. The way they take care of the patients is truly commendable. Their expertise and dedication are evident in every step of the treatment process. The treatment costs are moderate--not too high, not too low--which makes it a good option for many patients. However, one area that needs significant improvement is the nursing staff. Many of the duty nurses appear to have only basic knowledge, and their level of care is not consistent unless a doctor is present. In several instances, I noticed that when doctors prescribed medication, the nurses made errors in noting it down. Thankfully, they double-checked before administering any medication, but it often required running back to the pharmacy for corrections. This caused delays and concern. It would greatly benefit the hospital if regular training sessions were conducted for the nursing staff to improve their knowledge and patient care. Honestly, at times, I felt that government hospital nurses performed better in terms of responsibility and care. Despite these issues, we are grateful that everything went well and we were able to return home safely. With improvements in staff training, Surendra Hospital has the potential to become one of the best in the region.

A special thanks to my gynecologist, Dr.Ramana Priya, who has been nothing short of amazing.The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a smooth and safe experience. The nursing staff (especially Malliga Sister) was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to every need. They opt to Cesarean only if the condition is critical to the mother or the baby. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional maternity care.

I was admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department for treatment. I had a good delivery and my baby and I returned home healthy.
