We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Balu. In my opinion, his approach was highly unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. When a patient seeks a second opinion to gain clarity, a doctor is expected to offer guidance with empathy and professionalism. Instead, his behavior was dismissive and inappropriate, even suggesting I "go back to where I came from." I find this conduct unacceptable and unbecoming of a medical professional. I truly hope no other patient has to go through such an experience.
