Vedanayagam Hospital, R S Puran, Coimbatore- The Last-Minute Miracle. Vedanayagam was never on my radar--My brother in-law/Murali took appointment and forced me to start and we reached the hospital. I had already undergone shoulder surgery here at another hospital, and what followed was a nightmare: severe urinary issues that just kept getting worse. Despite visiting well-known hospitals and consulting top doctors here in Palakkad, my condition deteriorated. Every visit added confusion and worry, but no solution. In desperation, we reached Vedanayagam hospital, the initial proceedings were very pathetic, no proper systems and after long waiting/procedures met Dr. Bobby Viswaroop. And that changed everything. From our very first interaction, I felt a strange sense of comfort. Dr. Viswaroop didn't just treat my symptoms--he saw the person behind the problem. He informed us to report the next day and given instructions. At emergency dept, followed the doctors instructions, we were under observation, by 8.10 am the doctor arrived and met us. During the observation period, several times he came to us and enquired our condition Dr. Viswaroop is not just a senior doctor. He's a healer with a heart of gold. We deeply regret for not choosing Vedanayagam. Despite knowing which hospitals we had visited before, there was no ego or judgment--just quiet, genuine care by the doctor. My thanks and namaskarams also to the young doctors Pranjan and Keerthi Varman (l believe names are correct). A million namaskarams to Dr Viswaroop. You've earned a place in our hearts. We're really happy with the care my grandfather received at Vedanayagam Hospital. Since he's older, we were a bit worried at first, but the doctors were very kind, patient, and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything clearly--not just to us, but also to him--which helped ease his fear. The hospital was clean and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The treatment went smoothly, and he's now resting and recovering well. We're truly thankful for how well everything was handled.

Name only. Nowadays no responsible and proper treatment. Please avoid this hospital. Consultation fees 600. North Indian training doctor attend patient. Limited time &service only available here. Above 6pm they are not ready to give treatment. Please i beg you dont waste your health and wealth.Compare to Krishna multispeciality hospital consultation fees 400 only. But Doctor Mr. Thirumalaisamy is one of the best urologist in coimbatore.

I know little bit Hindi But they doctor speaking Hindi & English & Scanning doctor be also Hindi person we will space language problem. My problem was not solved. Many peoples facing the same issue please solve this issue. The staffs are good behaviour.

Dr Kandaswami is such a rude and disrespectful person. He is apparently an octogenarian (80+ years old), which he himself proclaims frequently at the drop of a hat, but in all these years of experience, he has still not learnt the basic humane etiquette of treating patients respectfully. He behaves brashly and shouts unnecessarily at even elderly patients and has a very curt and lackadaisical manner of interaction. Not recommended at all. Please find some other doctor who is humane first and then a Doctor.

They are good, still I don't suggest this hospital just for Dr. PRANJAL SHINDE, as he doesn't treat patient as patient and don't speak to patient rather conveys things to receptionist. This is not the way once should be running a hospital.

Visited Vedanayagam Hospital and met the "18+ years experienced" Dr. S. Bobby Viswaroop who seemed allergic to patient questions. Asked about my mother's condition, after asking few questions he said, " You know English right, just look at the report and read it yourself." Wow, thanks Doc, didn't know I enrolled in med school! Attitude? Zero stars. Also, don't bother going after 6 PM because they shut down like it's a tea shop, not a hospital. No in-house microbiology lab, no scan facility basically, you walk in for answers and walk out with questions. Vedanayagam? More like Veda-naa-jaam (Don't go).

Happened to Visit this hospital for a second opinion for my Mom since she was diagnosed for kidney stone and was advised for a surgery (Lithotripsy) Though we had all the medical records like CT Scan, Blood test reports as advised by an Urologist and Echo, ECG with Heart Surgeon advise. These reports were a day old other than CT Scan (15 days) We called them on Sunday for taking an appointment for next day, they said come by 8:45 am and you can consult doctor as per first come basis. To our surprise when we went on Monday, first question by the staff at reception is that do you have an appointment, then they asked us to update a form and pay 600/- We waited around 2 hrs and 30 minutes to meet a doctor, he just took 2~3 minutes, before meeting the doctor, another team had asked us many questions about our health conditions and i believe the reports details have been updated in their system. Few questions have been asked by the doctor whom we meet and he asked us to take another scan to check the kidney function, we said already a CT scan has been taken, he said without seeing scan asked by him he cannot advise. So we left the hospital after wasting 600/- and 2.45 hours at this soo called Kidney Center. To add up on the above, this hospital is purely money minded and is running in the name and fame achieved by founders and earlier committed doctors who had run this hospital before.
