I visited One Care Hospital with my younger brother on 3rd Aug 2025 8AM who was suffering from viral fever with 104deg. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the staff member named Raksha. He attempted to insert an IV drip and failed three times, causing visible trauma to my brother's hand (photo attached). Only on the fourth attempt did he manage to insert it correctly. This level of carelessness and lack of precision is unacceptable in a clinical setting. Patients come in with pain, not to be subjected to more due to untrained or careless handling. It clearly shows a lack of skill or focus. This experience has shaken our trust in the facility's standards. We demand stricter supervision, better staff training, and a response on this issue. I hope no other patient has to go through this.

My relative had severe knee pain. He was operated at onecare and had knee replacement surgery. We are so happy to choose this hospital. He is walking so well after 1 month since operation Excellent care and very good hospital for orthopaedic treatment

Last night I went to the One care Hospital with severe shivering and wheezing complaint. The duty Dr and other staff attended promptly. The duty Dr was knowledgeable that lead to quick treatment. I became alright soon. Commendable service and efficiency of all concerned May GOD bless them all.

My mother had severe shortness of breath on March 4th 2025 early morning and we got her admitted to One care emergency room at 4.40 AM & she was concious during admission. As per their report, the emergency room doctor gave Lasix injection and supplemental Oxygen and took ECG at 4.49 AM. At around 4.58 AM I was told by the emergency room doctor that my mom's lungs were not accepting supplemental oxygen and they are shifting her to ICU to keep in ventilator. A nurse was transferring my mom to ICU meanwhile but when I saw my mom was unconscious in bed. Even the ER doctor saw her unconscious while tranfer and did not intervened. After 15 mins the ICU doctor called me and told that my mom has passed away as she had silent heart attack as per ECG & they gave CPR but the pulse was not pulpable. Since we were in shock we did not argue much & we took my mom home and performed all her last rituals. Later we realised that the Emergency room doctor did not recognise this as a heart attack and heart attack first aid treatment has not given in emergency room. Heart attack was only recognised by the ICU doctor. Since ECG was taken in ER, the doctor should have identified it as heart attack. Even when the ER doctor explaining me about my mom's ICU transfer, she did not mention anything about heart attack (so she didn't knew it was a heart attack and she couldn't interpret ECG as well). Also at 4.58 AM when she saw my mom unconscious she should have intervened and if she had done that, atleast CPR would have got started immediately & my mom would have been alive now. Because of Emergency Room Doctor's incompetence, we lost our mom now. Since heart attacks mostly happens at early morning, hospital should make qualified doctor available in ER during these times.

I went to Onecare hospital manytimes and very much happy all the times. Two months back we went to the hospital for my husband having some strain in the hand and we visited one Doctor Mr. Abbas who was very kind in hearing the problems and we were treated very well and he is fine within a month. With that very satisfied experience I went on 31st of last month, as I fell down from the bed 10 days back and just want to consult the doctor if there is any problem in that issue as it head and I worried whether it could create any problem in the coming years. But, by God's grace I had no vomit after I fell down. I gave ice pack immediately soon after the incident as I got severe pain immediately. I was little disappointed as Dr Abbas was not there on 31st. I met Dr. Senthil Kumar Shanmugam who was really a Gem of doctors, who politely with utmost care listened and examined me and took time to sort out my issue or fear relating to my issue. I am really thankful to God to be blessed to consult such a wonderful human even in these busy days. But, Dr Senthil sir, very politely cleared my doubts healed my pains in no time. He casually explained that there is nothing to worry and all will be alright with 3-4 weeks time and even review was not also necessary. I said that I taking medicine for nerve problem and he even enquired about it on humanitarian grounds and clarified my issues for which I felt that he was great towards the utmost care he took, in giving solution other than his specialisation. Once again thank you so much Dr. Senthil Kumar Shanmugam sir and wish that all patients visiting him will cherish his service.

For almost every basic need--be it collecting medicines from the pharmacy, getting lab tests done, or following up on treatment requirements--we are being forced to go downstairs and handle it ourselves. When we request the nurses for assistance, they often respond that it is not part of their duty and show reluctance to help. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and distressing, especially when patients and their families are already under emotional and physical stress. We expected compassionate and supportive care, but sadly, that has not been our experience here.

My grandmother had fracture of hip . We took her to onecare medical center in saibaba colony. She was 80 years old. Doctor explained clearly and we were happy to go ahead with surgery. After surgery my grandmother walked the next day. We are happy we chose this hospital. Very good treatment at very affordable cost. We highly recommend this hospital for orthopaedic care

Best in class service from nurses and hospital staff. The doctors listed are experienced and provide the right treatment based on personal experience of family members who were treated several times. It is really a relief to get all the services from this hospital. You will never regret hospitalization here. Even the medical insurance process is simplified. For comparison you can get customer service like what you would get when you visit a luxury showroom to buy products. Great work in the last 4 years hope they sustain and continue this service performance.
