My partner and I recently visited this branch to get our medical check up done. Out-patient support professional called Monisha working in OP1 helped us really well. Her hospitality skills are good and also her communication skills. Had a good experience.

Recently visited SMF for a general health check-up. The staff were very polite and helpful. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The hospital was very clean, and the waiting time was minimal. Overall, I had a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend this hospital for quality care.

This is the hospital I have been visiting since birth. I love the atmosphere of this hospital, no matter which branch it is. However, the biggest flaw is their food system for patients--the prices are too high. If they made it more affordable, people would appreciate it. Also, patients who are suffering a lot in the OP (Outpatient) department could be treated earlier.

The hospital atmosphere is really good one. An also the staff handle patient for very caring and polite. The doctor treatment is good. doctor also handling the patient smile mood. The treatment also not expensive compared some other hospitals.

Security staffs are culture less, if visitors are not allowed in the morning atleast they should be allowed in the reception. They are asking attenders to wait outside in the scorching sun, no parking facility available, canteen is worst. All doctors relatives, drivers and even tea boys are allowed but the patient family who is paying hefty amount are asked to wait outside in the scorching sun. How did they get approval for this building without parking facility. Economic Rooms are concealed from patients to go for high end A/c rooms

Very good treatment is given here. Ford gynaecology and pediatrics consultation wating time is very high. Cost of the treatment is competitive while comparing with other hospitals. Floors and toilets are frequently cleaned. Hospital is maintained clean and tidy Limited parking space for cars. But we can park the car in adjacent road.

I had done by executive health check up here at smf, Mogappair.Entire process from registration to consultation with doctor went on smoothly.Master health checkup coordinator Ms.Sangeetha had guided me throughout the process with less waiting time .All the staffs and doctors were kind and I highly recommend this hospital for your health needs.
