We recently admitted my father at Sugam Hospital, Chromepet Dr. Somasundaram(Ortho) was very kind, calm, and explained everything clearly. His friendly approach made us feel safe and confident throughout the treatment. The nurses were extremely caring and attentive, always there when we needed help -- day or night. The admin staff were also supportive, especially with handling the insurance process smoothly without any confusion. The cleaning staff as well -- the rooms and common areas were always neat and hygienic, which gave us a lot of comfort. Overall, we felt well taken care of in every way. Good and supportive Team. Surgeon Dr. Raman Urologist is much experienced and did the surgery efficiently and was very patient with all my queries. Post operative care team took well care. Anesthetist Doctor, is professional and I didn't feel any pain at all and the care he gave throughout the procedure time was good and I am thankful to him. Special thanks Dr. Raman surgical team. Hospital Team is very good, RNs, Dietician, duty Doctors, house keeping and canteen. God bless every efforts and there are rooms for improvement to make this hospital as a medical tourism spot. I know the founder Dr. Sathiyakumar and Dr. Sheela from long back while I was living at Tondiarpet. I had my LSCS 31 years ago at Sugam Hospital Thiruvottiyur. The same care extended today as well.
