Great environment. OPD staffs are very police and they help a lot throughout my treatment. Me and my wife both get treated here. Doctor's are also very nice . so satisfied with the service.

My son was admitted in SRM prime hospital under Dr.Mohan. The treatment was given in correct time and saves her life. Nurses are given excellent care for the past 18 days. Other staffs are very caring and excellent. I liked this hospital very much for best patient care and treatment given at correct time. Overall I experienced very nice and supportive for all staffs.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service at SRM Prime Hospital I had a very bad experience with SRM Prime Hospital. The post-operative care was extremely poor and the staff showed a completely lethargic attitude. There was no sense of urgency or compassion towards the patient. Despite repeated follow-ups, the response from the nursing and support team was unprofessional and careless. Adding to the frustration, their coordination with the insurance company was pathetic. No proactive communication, no proper guidance, and it felt like we were left to figure out everything ourselves during a stressful time. This reflects a serious lack of planning and patient-centric approach. Hospitals are meant to heal and comfort, but sadly, SRM Prime made the experience even more painful. Definitely not what one expects from a reputed institution. Hope they seriously work on improving their systems and staff behavior.
