0 stars. One of my relative was admitted for 2 days for a fairly serious illness. But they were charged for 4 days worth of room rent(2500 per night), citing all kinds of miscellaneous charges. Pillows and blankets were not changed and mosquitoes were plenty in the room. 20k was paid in everyday drips and medicines! Doctors and nurses argue like a government office. Looks like the focus is more on generating cash flow than patient health and customer services. AVOID this place at all costs.

Staffs are rude, clueless, irresponsible, lethargic and money minded. The MD doesn't care a damn about the healthcare system, he is just running this place for making money... the ill trained staffs are a clear example of his intentions. The Blood samples taken for blood reports are getting tampered due to which the readings are abnormal. But when taken from another well know lab, the reports came out normal. These people are unapologetic of this and acting as if they are doing a big favour for us.

I appreciate the hospital for its friendly and experienced doctors. For instance, Dr. Y. Padmavathy, a general physician with over 48 years of experience, is often recommended for her clear explanations and effective treatments . Overall, while the hospital has several positive aspects, such as experienced doctors and a variety of services, potential patients should be prepared for possible wait times and ensure they consult reviews specific to their medical needs.

My father has been admitted here and I definitely realise they have good doctors, attentive staff and caring service. I can positively say they are very accommodative to the patients!!

I went to the hospital for fever and cold after it didn't subside for 7 days. The admin staff were good. Doctor was friendly and asked questions before prescribing medicine. They didn't charge me for doctor consultation when I went for follow up. First time was charged Rs 400. Blood test was taken swiftly. Bill was given for all charges. Got doctor certificate for office leave. Getting medicines at pharmacy took more time.

My manager was not feeling well and came to my room. I got him admitted in the Hospital since few days before he was admitted in different hospital in the same area. Dr TVS not only took care of him personally and after through check up and tests discharged him the same day. Now he is back to work and very happy with the Dr TVS and the hospital. The hospital under the new management is very different with ICU and new facilities available.
