Dr. Neha Diagnostic Centre - Ultrasound Scan, Echo, Cardiologist Poonamallee, Heart Specialist Poonamallee, X-ray, Pregnancy Scan

I visited Neha Diagnostic Centre at Poonamalle for a scanning appointment, but was left disappointed. Despite arriving on time, I waited for an excessive amount of time due to the staff serving customers on a "who-you-know" basis, rather than following the First-In-First-Out principle. The staff behavior was poor and the lack of organization and fairness was frustrating. As a customer, I expect respect, fairness, and courtesy, but this centre fell short. I wouldn't recommend Neha Diagnostic Centre until they improve their customer service.

Everything felt nice. Doctor is really nice but it needs a little more hygiene.

Very poorly maintained, unhygienic & unprofessional, there is no transparency on the procedure & cost, charges for the same scanning procedure varies for two different patients, the staff gives silly excuses for the goof ups... Request you to find a better scanning Center, I experienced complete lack of ownership & accountability. This is my experience after visiting the place twice due to a Followup...

Great service and advanced scanning equipments and capabilities.people at the reception were very polite and Dr. Shereen was very detailed in explaining the scan findings. The report was provided within minutes. Try to be the scan centre as early as possible as the appointments are provided on a first come first serve basis. And shanthi mam is working good then all staffs also excellent

Very worst lab in Poonamallee. They are not giving preference for the outsiders (I mean, for the self diagnosis). Infact, today they rejected my wife saying a stupid reason that you are too tall, which we can't able to scan her conveniently. My wife is just 6 feet tall. The rate too is comparatively high when compared to others. Overall, very bad experience with them. I request my brothers and sisters not to go for this lab...

Poor maintainance not hygienic restroom toilet .

Am being more lenient in giving these TWO stars as a rating Scan is decent, But they are way too hideous! They can't even explain properly what they are billing us! When asked to explain, they try to come up with something, that makes you feel better to not even ask them!

Very very worst experience with this scan centre, they not allow people to scan on FIFO basis, we have to wait for more than 2 hours.. we request doctors not to suggest this scan centre..
