My family member recently underwent surgery at this hospital, and our overall experience has been highly positive. From the very first consultation, Dr. Ashok Selvaraj demonstrated exceptional professionalism. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. The hospital is extremely well-organized and systematic in its approach. The personal care extended to the patient was outstanding, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the treatment. The operation theatres are world-class, equipped with advanced technology, and maintained with the highest standards of hygiene. Post-operative care was also commendable. The nursing staff and medical team were attentive, compassionate, and always available when needed. True to its name, the hospital attracts patients from across the globe, reflecting its international reputation. However, one area that needs improvement is the hospital canteen, "The Chutney," managed by an external company called Sadox. As a bystander, I found the food service below expectations. Most items on the menu were unavailable despite being listed, and the billing staff seemed unaware of what was actually being served. The food quality is average--neither particularly bad nor notably good. Financially, the treatment is on the higher side, leaning toward expensive. That said, the quality of care and facilities justifies most of the cost. Overall, a trustworthy hospital for complex medical procedures, with room for minor improvements in auxiliary services.

We are deeply grateful to MIOT International Hospital for the exceptional care extended to our father during his recent heart surgery. A special note of thanks goes to Mr. Rajkamal, Senior Manager, whose support made all the difference during a particularly difficult time. My sister and I were overseas when our father was admitted, and Mr. Rajkamal went above and beyond to ensure he was not only medically looked after, but also personally cared for. From coordinating pre-surgery tests to arranging seamless communication with the medical team and ensuring the well-being of the attenders staying with our father, his involvement was invaluable. For families like ours navigating healthcare from abroad, especially when unfamiliar with local systems, Mr. Rajkamal became a trusted guide who is always responsive, compassionate, and professional. I would also like to express our deep appreciation for Dr. Avijit Basu, the cardiothoracic surgeon who led my father's care. Beyond his impressive expertise and experience, what stood out to us was his calm, personable nature. Despite his undoubtedly busy schedule and the high demand for his time, Dr. Basu never once made us feel rushed. He answered our questions with clarity and patience and always made time for our concerns -- a rare and reassuring quality in someone so accomplished. His presence was a great source of comfort to our family throughout the process. We remain deeply grateful to the entire team at MIOT International, and in particular to Mr. Rajkamal and Dr. Avijit Basu, for their outstanding dedication, warmth, and excellence in care.

I came as an attendant for my husband to miot hospital for a second spine surgery which was impossible in my country. Thanks to all the doctors,the surgeon Dr Dhillon the operation was successful.A special thanks to all attendants,nurses, Mrs Sangeetha, Yumna.Everything was good the food, room service. They are very welcoming.

At Miot, we have a King of hearts (Dr Robert and his team) The nurses and the staffs are not only professional but loving. I have no regret to have been here and would also recommend someone else. Their pick up and drop off at the airport is also high class.

I came as an attendant for my dad to Miot international hospital for ophthalmology. In 2018,he was diagnosed both eyes glaucoma with right eye no perception of light advice anti glaucoma medication. On xalamol eye drops and Brimonidine eye drops. - On 2021 he had hemorrhagic stroke - Diabetic since mellitus since 2018 - Systemic Hypertension since 2018 - Dyslipidemia since 2018, which was impossible for the two countries we went. Thanks to all doctors,of the ophthalmology Dr Geetha L,Dr C.vijay Prasad,Dr Lourdes Pravina,Dr S. Retnaraj and Dr Charanjit Singh Dhillon. The operation of lesser was successful. A special thanks for all the attendances, nurses, Mrs Sangeetha, Yummy. Everything was good food, room service. They are very welcoming we are so proud with the treatment process

I am glad to express my review based on my own experience. Chennai MIOT International hospital is a highly professional and hygienic hospital in Chennai with qualified Doctors and Staff. I was admitted by Dr.Surendran Rajagopal , HOD, Hepato- Pancreato- Biliary Surgery with critical condition from another hospital. He and his team did marvellous treatment for three weeks to get me recovered from critical condition and saved my life. Nursing team is highly dedicated and took care of me for the whole period. Supporting staff from Billing, Insurance, Public relationship, House keeping are very polite and cooperative. Cafeteria also good. No support system required except one attender from home. Visitors are restricted to ward room except visiting hours. ICU is not accessible except patients. Patients can be contacted only by video call. Remaining all will be taken care by hospital staff. Thanks for MIOT hospital for everything.

I came as an attendant for my father who came for a knee replacement, we stayed at Miot International for a month. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they come in to the room everyday to check for any complaints to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. I had an issue with my meals being delivered in trays and requested to have plates instead, this was easily resolved. During my fathers recovery in the ICU I could not visit him for 3 days but the nurses provided regular updates on his recovery, and I was also able to call him via conference call or through the PRO's phone. We also got daily visits from my father's surgeon, Dr Barry, who took genuine interest and concern for my father's recovery and was just overall wonderful during this process. I would like to thank everyone that looked after us including the PRO's Sangeetha, Punitha, Vidhya and Gayathri as well as the Nurses on level 4, and not forgetting the caterers at Sodexo for keeping us fed.

We went to MIOT from Bangladesh for my mother's knee replacement surgery. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Barry D' Rosario for his care and expertise during my mother's knee replacement surgery. From the initial consultation to post-op recovery, the entire experience was smooth and good. Also I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team of MIOT for the care we received during our recent stay. From the doctors, nurses and the support staff, everyone was professional, kind and attentive. The service we received was fine and we always felt we are in safe hands.
