Dr.sabhanayakam and his pediatric nurses About and his way of taking care of patients; he's really gentle and kind recommending perfect medicines, listening to our quarries and everything About the nurses and thire service; the service is flawless; they take pretty good care of thier patients, all of the nurses...they're gentle and sweet with patients too..

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I was just visited this hospital today for my sister's baby hand injury. I visit and asking for ortho doctor availability. Someone said his time is over. But I know exactly what timeline is taken to check one patient case. Exactly the baby was already injured before one month and I was following his medical in Bewell hospital. But I have some doubt that's why I was visited mangalam hospital. Actually he is a baby having 2 years old boy. Suddenly the ortho doctor came outside from the cabin. That ortho doctor has not considering him . He scold me and come to visit evening 6.30. yes exactly I understand his work tired. But if injured is happen to me then I understand his word and come and visit. Because we are aged and we hold our pain. But he is 2 year baby and he doesn't know the how pain will work . We just asking for the help to check him and If any issues you can give us the medication according or the advise. He is scold me and asking me you don't have conscience. Suddenly I returned to other hospital for my emergency. Exactly you guys don't have conscience. Very very worst ortho doctor has appointed in mangalam hospital. Disappointed with this hospital. Management should be teach every staff and doctors for the service we are offering. You guys are in a field of people service. Once you get a disappointment from the people. It's will goes to shotdown your serviciablity in the hospital field. I understood from this he don't have eligible for this doctor field. Doctors are working not only for money.. it's also one the service to serve the peoples medications.

Best hospital in poonamallee... Dr.vijayalakshmi and Dr.chitralakshmi. Both are very much dedicated .... Spending quality time with patients ,explaining everything detaily.... Am very much impressed. Nurses are very helpful

The surgery went well, but what stood out the most was the **emotional care and support** I received post-surgery. On the same day after surgery, I couldn't sleep due to stress and depression. We kept disturbing the nurse, yet she patiently responded and contacted Dr. Chitra Lakshmi, who answered late at night without any frustration and guided the team to help me rest. The next day, senior doctors visited me and offered genuine comfort -- something I've rarely seen elsewhere. When I was feeling especially low, **Dr. Sakthi Uma** spoke to me personally. That conversation made a real difference in my mental recovery. I'm truly grateful for the **compassion, patience, and emotional support** provided by both doctors and the hospital staff.
