My heart beat was was very high above 200.After being in a reputed hospital for 2days and no result, we were desperate to change the hospital. On being recommended by one of my relative, we contacted Dr.Rajsekar of GEM hospital who immediately attended on me. After investigation, with mild shock treatment I was brought to normal. Later after thorough investigation, Pace maker was inserted. It is more than a year now. I am completely ok. I strongly recommend Dr .Rajsekar of gem hospital for any cardiac related problem.

My father had severe chest pain. We took him to Gem Hospital, ECG and Echo has taken and Chief Cardiologist Dr.V.K.G Rajasekar attended immediately and said Angiography has to be done to see if there is any block. We came to know Dr.V.K.G Rajasekar is a Senior Cardiologist in India. Dr.Rajasekar Immediately did angiograhy and found multiple blocks. He immediately put stent in vessel which was very critical . After stenting he is fine now. Today he saw my father and explained clearly how to be take care of my father health in future and how to transform my father's health by changing the life style. He is very much Patient Oriented and we recommend him to all for Cardiac Care. The other stents we are planning for next month due to financial constraints.

I would like to share my wonderful encounter with GEM Artemis Heart Center. In September 4, 2024, I went to the hospital as experienced spasm/ pain in my upper abdomen to see a Gastroenterologist. Ultrasound was taken and nothing significant was seen. However, I had complete blood chemistry, ECG & Echo. There was abnormality found in my ECG result w/ myocardial infarction thus the following day I underwent a CT Coronary Angiogram and blockages were found and Angioplasty followed. On Sep 13, 2024, I had Atherectomy (IVL shockwave) and 2-stents were placed. During the procedure, I was completely aware of in the OT and just felt confident I was in good hand of Dr. VKG Rejasekar and his team. The procedure went well and only stayed in the ICU for 1-day and moved to hospital ward the following day. I had no whatsoever post procedure issues and on Sep 16, I was discharged from the hospital. Post procedure ECG & Echo showed normal results.I graciously thank Dr. VKG Rejasekar and all the hospital who made my stay in the hospital such a life extending and pleasant. I was able to work remotely even during my stay in the hospital and was back to my normal work immediately. During my course of interaction w/ Dr. VKG Rejasekar, he was very passionate in explaining my condition and the procedures that followed and this I relayed to my niece who is the Surgery Department Head in the top hospital in the Philippines and to my wife' bro-in-law surgeon who he talked with. My niece and wife bro-in-law were satisfied w/ the diagnosis and approach of Dr. Rejasekar and knowing that, I had peace mind that Dr, VKG Rejasekar is simply an outstanding Cardiologist. I've admitted my mother in critical condition (Shortness of breathing) in emergency care. Doctors and staff in emergency care were very supportive to provide first aid to the patient and moved to ICU. Dr.Rajasekar (Chief cardiologist) diagnosed the patient to be heart failure (which had EF rate 25% only), which affected lungs, so he started giving treatment for recovering from breathing disorder, and within 2 days, my mother was stable to breath without ventilator support. Further as EF rate not improved, doctor implanted CRT pacemaker in the Left bundle branch for improving the EF rate. This type of CRT implantation appears to be growing new technique done in very few places. After this procedure, EF rate increased to 58% and my mother is more stable now and feeling comfortable. She feels better leading normal life. Thanks a lot Dr.Rajasekar and all the supporting staffs.

Today I'm taking my father in a healthy condition he is smiling from the hospital. three days back when we came to gem Artemis hospital we panicked because he came first doctor saw everything and said that it was the initial stage of a heart attack and doctor advised to take medications and if any problem 24hrs anytime you come to hospital by the time we reached the ground floor he developed giddiness immediately we contacted the doctor. Doctor came down and checked and the bp was low and said that he developed the heart attack and advised to do angiogram and angioplasty without wasting any time doctor took my father in for the procedure and done angiogram and doctor allowed us inside the cath lab to see the blocks in my father's heart and doctor explained it very clearly and after seeing the block doctor said we will do angioplasty and he did perfectly alright in a very precautions way as Dr. Rajasekar is an experienced interventional cardiologist he has done thousands of procedure like this with those experiences sir did the procedure with lots of complications during the procedure. Sir took great care of us during the whole time and monitored constantly with help of his team . Dr. Rajasekar explained each and every step during our procedure and we also came to know that there are more complex cases during our stay in the hospital which has been done successfully. This is one of the best cardiac setup in Chennai.

He has body pain, head ache ,depression Dr Rajasekar has found out a common link to all problems which was there years together but not detected by many doctors .
