Dr. JIP Diabetic Multi-speciality Hospital

Really bad experience from the hospital I took someone for stomach pain. The pain got relieved. But because the needle for glucose drip wasn't attached properly. that person has infection and had to consult another doctor. When confronted the doctor with the problem. He instead started blaming the patient saying that it might be allergy or some skin problem. Doctor was not even admitting the problem. So I would recommend that whoever goes to this hospital please. Think twice.

Very affordable and hygienic hospital with polite staffs... Recently went to the hospital for abdomen lump removal surgery. It was handled very professional way, and operation was real quick and affordable. Room rent also very affordable and very hygiene

My wife and I both visited Dr. Neo Church at JIP Hospital for diabetes consultation when our blood sugar levels were at 450. With his expert guidance & care, our sugar levels have now come down to 130 in just one month. Highly recommended for anyone managing diabetes!

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for JIP Hospital, especially Dr. Prasanna Ma'am and all the supporting staff. From the moment I arrived, I( Sajitha)felt well taken care of. Dr. Prasanna was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind while explaining condition and treatment clearly. The nursing staff and other team members were equally helpful, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. Their professionalism and dedication made a big difference in my experience. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received.

**IMPORTANT** This was the worst hospital experience I've had. While Neo Church provides a good response, the hospital staff is extremely lethargic and irresponsible. A hospital should be patient-friendly, and all equipment should function properly, especially in emergencies. I visited the hospital because my ECG was abnormal, though my echo results were normal. Neo church advised me to take a treadmill test for further evaluation. However, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, with staff repeatedly telling me, "We'll call you in 10 minutes," or "Please wait 30 minutes." After a long wait, another staff member informed me that there was an issue with the treadmill. Later, someone else came and told me it wasn't working at all and asked if I could return on Monday. Since I had visited on a Saturday, I agreed and waited until Sunday. On Sunday, I called multiple times to check if the machine was fixed, but no one gave a proper response. Every time I reached out, they said, "We are working on it, it will be ready soon," but nothing changed. Frustrated, I finally asked for a refund, which I thankfully received. This is not the way to treat patients, especially those already dealing with health issues and mental stress. Instead of providing care, the hospital added unnecessary trouble. Before choosing this hospital, think twice about how they might treat you in an emergency. Very disappointed, especially since I went there based on a stranger's recommendation.

Please don't come here for emergency services as you won't be getting the basic care which one should get in emergency situation. I visited during the peak covid (omicron) time and still half of the staff including receptionist were not wearing masks. Just visit the hospital and look around, you will find untidy, unhygienic surroundings, scattered items all over here and there. Please check the attached pics for reference. They charge premium for everything but the service is not up to the mark. I admitted my friend in casuality after an accident and waited for more than 10 mins for a nurse to come n give first aid. Neither nurse nor the lady doctor who took care were able to understand or speak English!!!

Recently we went for a master health check for rs 999/ (basic) which stated inclusive of Dr consultation. When we got our test results,we asked for dr consultation for the check up,but we never mentioned any specific name of Dr. They asked us to go go upstairs. We had the consultation. After that they asked for 1000 rs, for both , stating the Dr is specialist for diabetes. Both of us are not diabetic. Even with repeated talk and said never asked for any specific Dr they asked us to pay. It's nothing but cheating.

I came to JIP for fever treatment, they are service is good and staff response also nice. Immediately doctor seen and provide treatment. Pharmacy staffs are nice and explained so sweetly. Thank to JIP staffs
