    Feedback - for Cafeteria and room Dear management Team, Cafeteria Review: I had breakfast and lunch at your cafeteria today noticed a significant issue. The menu card displayed on the first floor listed prices that were entirely different from those being charged at the 5th-floor cafeteria. I was quite surprised by this considerable price discrepancy. When I approached the cafeteria manager for clarification, I was informed that the prices had recently changed, but the first-floor menu card had not been updated. Additionally, when I requested a feedback register to document my concerns, I was told that no such register was available. It is surprising that a hospital of your stature, known for its medical excellence and high operational standards, lacks a basic feedback mechanism in its cafeteria. Transparent pricing and a proper feedback system are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction. I kindly request the management to address these issues promptly by: Updating Menu Cards: Ensure that the latest price changes are reflected across all menu cards in the cafeteria, and ensure a proper menu card is displayed behind the cash counter. On a positive note, I had both breakfast and lunch , and I must say the food tasted good Room Review: My experience was disappointing in the single room they changed Rs.4000 as the basic amenities were not provided. There was no toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, towel, mineral water bottles or extra pillow in the room. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unavailable, and despite repeatedly asking for the password until night, I was informed that it was still being worked on. It was surprising to be asked for feedback the following morning without addressing these issues. I hope the management takes steps to improve the guests (patient) experience. Providing a Feedback Register: Maintain a feedback register or offer a digital feedback option to gather and address customer concerns effectively.. Advance Thank you for attention to this matter. I had the privilege of receiving personal attention & care at GEM Hospitals, Perungudi since Jan 2023 for my reviews & follow ups treatment. From Day 1 in Jan 2023, i have been under the Care & Guidance of Dr Senthilnathan and I am impressed with the level of professionalism, compassion and expertise provided by the him & his entire team.From the moment i walked in, i was greeted with Warmth and Kindness by the Front Desk Staff. Dr Senthilnathan and his team are incredibly thorough professionals taking the time to explain every step of my treatment plan. I felt truly listened to and respected throughout my visit. The Hospital itself is immaculate, with modern facilities and a calm, welcoming and positive atmosphere. What truly stood out to me was the genuine care, compassion shown by every staff. The level of personalised care is at Par or a notch better with GEM Hospital, Coimbatore. I felt supported and i thank the team wholeheartedly for their dedication and expertise. A special mention to Dr Senthilnathan, who inspite of his busy schedule is very very patient to listen and clear smallest doubts & queries. As a Serving Officer in the Indian Army & undergoing personalised treatment, care under him for the last two Years. Dr Senthil's professional conduct, respect and compassion shown towards defence forces has left me speechless.     Had wonderful care at GEM Hospital in Perungudi! I was admitted for 2 days for a surgery - the nurses, room, nutritionist and other staff were all really good and beyond expectations.     Very disappointing experience at GEM Hospital. There was absolutely no proper system or queue followed. Had to wait for more hours without any updates. Registration fee 250 and consultation 500, but the real loss was an entire day. Poor time management and coordination. Patients' time and money deserve more respect. Not expected from such a reputed hospital. They have to streamline this issue as many suffered waiting too long.

    Hospital ambience and facilities are good. Insurance staff is good.Rashika Pro is having good courtesy from beginning.Doctor Delphin Supriya madam has lot of knowledge and care about patients.Finally we are in safe hands , hygienic environment all staff members are good. My wife surgery went well and management is supportive and cooperative.

    My father had kidney stone removal laproscopic surgery. Urologist Dr.Yuvaraj took care of the entire procedure skillfully. Entire Urology Department and Staff were very good and hospitable. Hospital could tie up with more insurance providers. Discharge process time can be improved.
