I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with the appointment scheduling at your hospital . It seems that when we book appointments for 4:30 PM, the doctor does not arrive until 5:30 PM, resulting in a mandatory wait of one hour. This has been consistent, even with appointments scheduled a day in advance. Additionally, the communication from the front office staff regarding these delays has not been satisfactory. Clear and timely updates would greatly improve the experience for patients.
I went to this hospital at 3:30 am, as my daughter was having continuous vomiting. Its was an emergency to treat my daughter but they told cant admit her as she is below 12 years and they dont have pediatric doctor at that time to treat. Unnecessarily wasted my time. 24x7 hospital and emergency service hospital should be capable to treat patients irrespective of any issues.
Went for a fever of one night old 101 and the doctor without even seeing me suggested for IV, when we declined, then the doctor came to my bed and threatened me that I will get fix if I refuse.. he then out of irritation suggested a injection.. felt my hard earned money wasted here. Big mistake for stepping in. I don't know why we have to register before treatment. I know they will come with a reply for this, but best advice be true to your consciousness.
By 2nd Wk June'25 we had admitted my mother in FHC for an issue in her legs. Earlier to this we had tried various renowned hospitals and doctors but nothing worked. But when we we went to FHC, Dr.Pranu was spot on in diagnosing the issue and executed all effective treatments which has resulted in a significant improvement in her legs. The best thing is the kind of positive words and approach used by him was praise worthy. Not only him, his team right from the nurses, other doctors, reception team, pharmacy team and daily attenders were all so caring and considerate both in terms of actions and words. Mr.Kumar, insurance Manager was very knowledgeable and guided us very well. Nurse, Ms.Manisha and attender Mr.Jhansi were so kind and helpful during the first couple of painful days of my mother. Overall our experience in FHC was really good and would highly recommend! Thanks Dr.Pranu and team....keep up the good work.
Consulted Dr Pranu C who is an excellent person coming out with apt suggestions for the patients as I have experienced when I approached him last three times. Today, as he is concerned with administrative functions, I could not get the fine attention from him since he needed to interchange between me and other files frequently(after an administrative meeting for about 45 minutes). In the end medication for the main ailment was missing that I found out on reaching home. I understand the nuances of his role. It would be better to inform the patient (of such incidences) who asks for an appointment and fix the time convenient for the doctor as well as the patient. Thank you
Worst management. They charged consultation fee on every visit with there own rules and keep saying that it's doctors call to charge consultation fee. The management person name Alex was the person, saying, which was the protocol and rule there in hospital..I do not understand what kind of protocol this is ti pay fee for every single visit (even for follow up visits within few days gap) . I would suggest everyone to not go there until you have plenty of money in your pockets.
