Through a family doctors recommendation we got to know about Dr. Vijay Shankar. My mother in law has been diagnosed with heart disease and we took multiple opinions from other Dr's before visiting Dr. Vijay Shankar, all the docs we met suggested for CABG and we were all prepared and consulted Dr. at apollo. After a thorough examination he said there was no need of any surgery and recommended angioplasty which we got it done immediately and discharged in 2 days. The expertise Dr. brings in is tremendous and he is very approachable. The confidence he gives to the patient will heal half the disease. Very humble, polite and highly recommended.
