Dear Gupta Hospital Management, I visited your Mugalivakkam branch today and had an unpleasant experience with the male general doctor on duty. He was sitting with his legs placed over the patient's chair and only moved them when I approached it. As a doctor, he should be well aware of how to respect and treat patients. His attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. Though I chose to sit on the chair after the nurse requested me, I was uncomfortable throughout the consultation. Because of this experience, I may choose not to return to your hospital and will find it difficult to recommend it to others. That said, I would like to mention that the lady doctors and nurses at the hospital were respectful and kind. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all doctors maintain a professional and respectful approach towards patients. Thank you.

I was admitted to Dr.Gupta's Hospital for dengue fever. Doctor Sukesh Gupta sir is my family doctor.He is very Kind and experienced person .The doctors are very friendly and accommodating, and the nurses are also very good and friendly, so I feel at ease consulting them. They are also very good at treating me, and now they have become my Best Recommended doctors. Overall excellent.

Today we are Going to Discharge..Now it has been raised.They had arranged all emergency needs in prior .Great care and treatment has been given by the doctors. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. The environment is very clean and hygiene. It is one of the best 24*7 hospital in this surrounding.
