The facilities were clean, and everything was well-organized. A special thanks to the counseling officer samsudeen who guided us through everything. They were so patient and explained all the steps clearly, which made things a lot easier for us. I also want to mention that the doctors were incredibly kind and supportive. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt reassured at every stage. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. We're really thankful to everyone who helped us.

I had booked an appointment at Dr. Agarwals Eye Clinic for 11:30 AM on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the clinic was quite crowded with a high number of walk-ins, which led to delays for those with scheduled appointments. The consultation and check-up process felt a bit unorganized, and the overall experience could have been more systematic. However, once we met the doctor, the consultation was thorough. The doctor was patient, took time to listen carefully, and explained the issue clearly, which we appreciated. While the medical care itself was good, the clinic may benefit from better appointment management, especially during weekends.

I recently did LASIK from Dr.Agarwal (Tambaram Branch). I was initially concerned how it would all go but to my surprise, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Counsellor Divya was helping me in every step of the way. The surgery was wonderfully done by Dr. Umadevi and was superbly assisted by Maniraj (Optom). I have visited 3 times for my kids eye check up, the overall experience was not upto the mark. The main reason would be there is no separate consultation for Kids like Other hospitals. They are clubbing kids and adults , Hence kids took more time to get their consultation slots and it was very difficult to manage the kids due to huge waiting time. The waiting area is too crowded (cold and cough) and the infection easily catches the kid's. The doctors care was excellent and explained the details very clearly and recommendations for what type of specs needs to be used.
