I had a very disappointing experience during my consultation with Dr. Senthil at this hospital (Chennai Health Foundation). The doctor seemed rushed and uninterested in listening to my concerns. There was very little explanation provided about my condition or treatment options, and I left more confused than when I arrived. I expected professionalism and empathy, but unfortunately, neither was shown. I do not recommend Dr. Senthil based on this experience.

My grandma admitted in chennai health foundation at last week for dehydration. During the stay all staffs and doctors are so caring. I feel like home and so comfortable. Thanks to Dr.sivan sir.
Never ever get admission in this hospital. Nurses don't have patience to listen the patient problem not even they try to correct it . cleanliness is big question mark here . Professionalism is not practised here .For just name sake it's a hospital. But charges are quite enough like well known hospitals. Management should take look out these problem and try to resolve because it's not product or material we buy from you we are came here to cure for illness.Human lives matters better advice is to prefer some other hospitals.
CHF ward staff all are good they very kind and spea also good patient care taking also excellent
Very worst treatment. They are only interested in money. So please no one should go to this hospital for treatment.
If you're looking for top class service, this is not the right one for you. My mother's sugar test had to be taken twice as machines were outdated and in poor condition. None of the employees were following COVID 19 hygienic protocol. (No masks were worn by people at the reception) Dr.Vijay Kumar himself was not wearing a mask initially, when asked he replied "because I'm vaccinated". He did wear the mask after the fact which is not much of use! Personally I don't trust this institution. I was also a patient. First the doctor wrote my age as 20 then 13 then later 30 years old. After I repeated myself three times, they had to rewrite my entire prescription. For my mother they wrote male instead of female in ECG report. Reply: I confirmed doctors name three times before writing the review.
Unfortunately we admit our mother for a simple reason. But they put her in ICU and charged heavily. Blood test and medicines are highly expensive. Duty doctors never visited, but they charged rs 6,000/-. Doctors got angry, if we ask about the patient condition. Totally useless hospital, looting our money. Please don't go to the hospital, for any treatment.
