Good care and service provided by Doctors, Nurses and house keeping staffs..Co-ordination between nurses are fine. They responded immediately for our call. Doctors are very polite and explained everything in a understandable manner and also with care. I recommend this hospital for others .

Thank you very much for the good service extended. In the first place I appreciate the very cooperative nursing team. They were very friendly, polite and responded immediately whenever called. Explained everything patiently. Very sincere and an excellent team, which should be appreciated, since they are the backbone of a hospital. The doctors were so kind and caring. Speak in the language, which a common man can understand (Not just explaining in medical terms). No long waiting anywhere, except the pharmacy. The total environment is good. Cleanliness is the major thing of a hospital, which you provide the best. Continue this best service always

One of the worst hospitals I've ever come across. The staff here are extremely lethargic, careless, and unprofessional. Most of them don't seem to know what they're doing -- zero sense of urgency or responsibility. Patients are left waiting for basic care while the staff wander around cluelessly. No proper communication, no empathy, and no coordination. If you truly care about your health or your loved ones, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. They seriously need a complete management overhaul and proper staff training.

The hospital provided excellent care, with friendly staff, clean facilities, and prompt service. Very satisfied with the treatment received.

The doctors and nurses at B. P. Jain Hospital were very compassionate and provided excellent care. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate their dedication.

Most irritating insurance department and refund handing I have ever seen. We have admitted our mother with cashless facility and awaited for refund from hospital. For processing of refund we have to wait until payment credited to their account and after credit we need to chase them n number of days to get back our money. Patient won't be released until final approval came from insurance - in the way if it is credit to hospital they won't leave us by if it is credit back to patients account they will be so lethargic in behaviour and processing back.

If you're ok with below average service, zero hygiene, overpriced treatments , then get treated in this hospital. Points below are from my experience in 4 days admitted in b.p.jain hospital. 1. Nurses : 7 in 10 nurses are worst. Carelessness is at the peak. A nurse forgot to give the regular injections and made me remind her. The attitude is worst, lack of empathy is seen. Most of the nurse aren't available at night shift in admission rooms. One didn't even know how to inject trips to the patient. One nurse even dumped some medicines without noticing .But out of all 2 to 3 nurses were really good and supported , but rest are despicable. 2. Hygiene : The patient was asked to lie on a bed full of blood stain , they don't even care about hygiene here. For namesake , bathrooms and floors will be cleaned with phenyl. Overall below average hygiene. 3. Cost : Everyone said that B.P jain hospital is a trust managed hospital , so I thought the cost will be atleast nominal. But I was wrong. I'll give you some numbers. 1200/ day for non AC rooms and 2000/day for AC rooms ( where AC will hardly give any cooling) . Medicines bought from pharmacy are sold at full MRP price , not even a paise lesser. I was shocked to see a 200 difference in antibiotic injection after buying from bawaa medicals nearby. So before buying regular injections, inspect from nearby medicals. 4.Consultation : Needed or not needed ,doctor's will flock in the room asking the same questions. I wondered why many doctors came without any reason and it was revealed in the bill. I paid 1800 for one specialist doctor consultation who visited once and gave unnecessary blood tests. Even after saying the consultation is not needed, they billed me just because he wrote some notes in the profile. 1000 for duty medical officers ( whom I mentioned in the beginning). Some specialist doctors like pulmonologist really gave good advice. 5. Laboratory charges: Even after mentioning that we took blood tests just before 2 days , we were forced to take the same blood test again , that too before treatment. It's common sense to understand that improvement are seen in test after treatment , but anyway they drawn blood for those tests. Even after doctor's diagnosis they asked me to take unnecessary tests like malaria , typhoid , ultrasound abdomen. * Please understand that the lab tests are not cheap here * Overall , a below average hospitalization experience. Among all the bad stuff , I really appreciate 1 or 2 sincere nurses working here ( rekha nurse ) , some kind doctors and watchman . I suggest the management to train the nurses for showing some empathy to the patients (or maybe they're underpaid idk). I will not suggest to admit in this hospital if you're too concerned about quality and hygiene. But economically it's cheaper than other hospitals, but for their quality their price is overpriced .

BP Jain hospital is located in Pammal near Pammal bus stop. It's maintained by Kanchi Sankara trust and 24/7 medical care hospital. Very much needed facility for nearby localities like Pammal, Anakaputhur, Pozhichallur and Kundrathur. Well maintained and good support.
