I was hospitalised for few days. The nursing staff was attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help. The ward was clean, well-maintained, and regularly sanitized. Doctors made their rounds on time and explained everything clearly. Special thanks to the housekeeping and support staff for maintaining hygiene and ensuring patients felt cared for. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience during a stressful time.

They don't even have proper parking. I had to answer 6 security guards and parking official to get a proper car parking. Till the car is parked and patient gets down, they keep calm and when we start moving they ask who asked you to park here. Definitely not up to the standards of Apollo hospitals. Lost my patience and completely irritated with my experience.

They have been keeping the place clean and have been frequently following the standard practices. I even asked our sanitation labour from radiology dept her name is Lalitha C. Kudos to her dedication.

I came for full body medical check up. In Apollo, they manage patients, organise and schedule tests for them properly. They update results in WhatsApp within a day. Their report is accurate and trustworthy. They're responding for every queries and clarifies and schedule properly without any chaos.
