Very worst experience,staff behaviour was rude.we paid ultra sound scan on 2.30 pm and ultra sound scan confirmed by 3 o clock,but we was waited till 4o clock.staff not allowed.when we asked they said only wait wait wait.no response.time was misconduct or staff was irresponsible?more then one hour patient control blader, patient feel bad.your service is elder friendly.but really not..... worst experience.... worst staff...

If you see bill medial services and hospitals nurses charge and monitoring charges. What is this charge we can understand. Totally confused. They say bed charge.

I got slipped from stair case at my home and got admitted in Apollo Hospital Vanagaram. Dr. Muthumanickam, Ortho surgeon and his team attended me. My left hand 5th Metacarpal Neck communited fracture and advised for Surgery. Undergone surgery on 02/07/2025. I really thankful for Dr. Muthumanickam and his team and Sister Ms. Devipriya and Ms. Aswini for their extended support and kindness while surgery and post surgery procedure. My wife and I have been getting regular check-ups at Apollo Hospital since 1985. Both of us are senior citizens. I am very keen on Apollo's progress. Today I was standing at Apollo speciality hospital, out- patient bill counter queue at 7:30 am to generate the out patient bill. It took me and my wife alone half an hour to pay for all the tests and then take a printout. The executive at the counter worked very fast. However, there was only one counter for paying and taking a printout. There was a long queue behind me. There were senior citizens in it. All of them had been waiting without taking any food since night (fasting) or without taking breakfast to get fasting blood tests and other tests done. As this took a long time for everyone, they all lost patience. And for some, their blood sugar went low. So, I would like to make a small request to keep two counters open from 7 am to 9 am to handle the situation smoothly for patients convenience .
