AG hospital very good.. we r going there for past one year for my wife pregnancy checkup with Dr, Sujatha. She is very polite and caring

Came there around night 12.30 to get medicine for my 72 year old father who was having diareah. The medical shop person said without prescription they can't provide tablet and asked to see casualty dr. I went to casualty and dr chitra who was supposed to be attending was not there and when nurse called over phone she simply neglected saying she has to see patient directly. I insisted the nurse that I have to see dr and explain the situation. When dr chitra came came she was so rude and while xoming itself she said I told you over phone I can't prescribe why r u disturbing. I said my father is 72 ur old having diareah and request you to prescribe medicine since he can't come in person For that she said she has to take care of icu and other duties and can't prescribe. I lost respect for that dr and the hospital as a whole. Management is worst keeping these kind of dr in casualty during emergency times.

In contrast, AG Hospital offers genuine care without the corporate atmosphere--you may not be pampered, but you're definitely valued and treated right. Despite the busy environment, we received the necessary attention and respect from the entire team--from the OT staff to the OPD consultations. We are truly grateful.

We came to this hospital for the first time for my sister's treatment, your hospital staff, all the patients and visitors were very kind. There are no words to thank you. You are doing well, keep going.

I am diabetic patient and was dehydrated. I was feeling sick with headache and met Dr.Vasuki. After check up she advised me to get admitted as I needed some tips and fluids to get normal. I said I need to go home and I will come back later. I came back later in the evening but some other young female duty doctor was there. I shown the prescription given by Dr. Vasuki and without any knowledge that I am the patient standing before her she started to create a fear that this person is in last stage of diabetics and needs to get admitted in ICU and wherever you go this is the same procedure. You see they will put injection in vein and check heart. She was searching for the patient I said I am the patient why do you want to admit me in ICU? She gave an shocking answer here they will first admit in ICU only. Then she called Dr.Vasuki over the phone and she told her that I have not asked the patient to admit in ICU. Thankful to DR.Vasuki she had taken care of me, otherwise nurses are good,cleaning is good. Beds needs to be changed very bad condition. I had a back problem no sponge in bed its vanished.

Rupay credit card disabled for phonepe scanner. This is very bad.. for emergency we able to use credit card only.. please kindly enable the credit card option to pay for phonepe. Credit card machine also not working on that day.Thanks

Receiving in a polite manner, the surgery treatment is satisfactory,all docters are polite and nursing staff service is appreciable

Extremely poor time management and administration. Had an appointment at 8 AM for the evening slot, only to be told that only five people are accommodated per day between 6 PM and 7 PM. We were then asked to arrive at 5 PM to collect an appointment number. Upon reaching at 5 PM, the token number was already 11. The doctor arrived at 7:30 PM, and we had to wait until 9 PM to finally meet them. A frustrating and inefficient system, wasting nearly 4 to 5 hours just for a consultation. They should value people and their time. Be truthful and truth will set you free.
