Dr. Ashok Krishna Hospital

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. My mother and I had to wait for more than 3 hours just to meet the doctor. After the consultation, we were asked to take an X-ray, and even after paying the bill promptly, we had to wait for over an hour to get it done. Despite repeatedly asking the staff for updates, we were told "5 minutes," "10 minutes," or "30 minutes," but nothing happened. When I asked again after an hour, the staff responded rudely, which added to the frustration. Waiting is understandable in emergencies, but the lack of proper communication and disrespectful behavior from the staff is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and staff training.

Worst.....Doctor is always late.... Long Wait Times. Patients are often frustrated by the amount of time they have to wait when receiving healthcare....

It is a well known and trusted hospital in Bhavani - Komarapalayam locality. They take good care of patients. Dr. Natarajan and Dr.Jothi Natarajan are well versed in treating and curing patients with more care. It is famous for Heart Ailments and Child Labour.

There is no standard OP hour. We were asked to come 6.30 first day doctor came at 7.30 pm. The second we went to show test report as safer side we went @8 pm doctor came at 8.50 pm there were old people waiting. Some known person went in and they were talking for 30 mins old person were waiting without food. I left my daughter in home we waited till 9.25 pm hoping he will start the OP but no hope. Nurse are not ready to inform him. We left without showing test report as our daughter started crying. Treatment he gave is good, but he can't Take people granted we respect his profession but taking granted and making paitents to wait for hour is not acceptable

Worst time management. Better to go to another hospital. Waste of time. I dont given even 1 star .worst staff responsibility. They are like to Patient wait for doctors long time. They have No manners. I dont imagine how Pregnant ladies came here for treatement. Never ever come again.

I will give 5 star as both of my boys have born here. My second son was born during covid peak time (April) and the care shown was great. The hospital is famous for child labour. Mrs. Jothi Natarajan, well experienced and handle situations with ease.

I do not know about the other treatments. ECHO test is done here without cost on Fridays but YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME. Even pregnant ladies are waiting for around 8 hrs. WOW

For pregnancy Delivery is okay but children specialist is not available inside in this hospital, The biggest negative point in this hospital is there is no pediatrician.
