Dr. KVS Hospital

Disappointing Experience at KVS hospital and I was disappointed with the service. We tried to book an appointment over the phone in earlier due to we come from a long distance, but our calls went unanswered. When we arrived at the hospital, we mentioned this to the staff, but they didn't respond well ,We waited for a long time, only to be told that we couldn't consult with the doctor due to a high volume of patients. When we asked for a token for a tomorrow appointment, we were informed that appointments can only be made starting tomorrow.and then they told us will consult doctor,so that we take new tests after taken the tests they are told us we couldn't consult the doctor today itself.then why they told me to take all the tests.We are extremely disappointed with their Service.Need to change the front office staffs behaviour and greetings towards the patients. If this continues no patients will come.Must to change the management.

I admitted my father to the hospital due to a persistent headache and fever. The doctors, if I may say anything, conducted the right tests in the best possible way and made him completely well. The hospital is also very neat and clean and the hospital staff are very kind to handle patients... Good team work and great Service Thank you

One of the best hospital i ever seen doctors are so friendly my father admitted in serious situation, doctor handled the problem and done angio and now my father is totally fine

Hospital infrastructure and Dr.Senthilnathan is good. Remaining all need to improve. Especially token system is very hidden. After a great struggle we may get token but we don't know which no is going inside. Whenever you ask them simply convince as "will call pa" There is no proper management. Major headache is It's a time consuming job. Like banks they may introduce nice token system.

We have been coming to this hospital for the past 19 years , the service and the hospitality of Dr.Senthilnathan sir is very good

Management consulting u give appointment number in online urgent patient have to book the appointment but not attend the I call time 6 o clock the ur management ..now a days ur hospital name behaviour very bad..
