Dr. Paul Ong is a close friend. I had to trouble him on Sunday morning 4AM on a cardiac emergency, myself as a patient. The moment I saw him in the cath lab with kind words and smile, was really reassuring in an emergency situation. You can't ask for a better combination of great skills, updated in-depth clinical knowledge, patience and gentlest of the heart, in a physician than him!! Got treated successfully and doing great now. Thanks to Dr. Ong and his pleasant and always helpful team in the clinic.

In early 2022, Dr. Paul Ong was part of the incredible team of doctors who helped my daughter during the initial stage before her LVAD implantation. Throughout the entire process, he showed us nothing but calm, patience, professionalism, and compassion. Even months after my daughter's procedure, when he learned she was hospitalized again, Dr. Paul Ong visited her just to check on her. His thoughtfulness and dedication to his patients went beyond just medical care; he truly cares for their well-being. Thank you, Dr. Paul Ong. Your care and kindness during such a challenging time meant the world to us, and we will always be grateful for everything you did for our daughter.

Dr. Paul Ong is the best. He is knowledgeable and takes all the time needed to speak with you and ensure your treatment is exactly what you need. I had a scary moment that brought me to a public ER. I called Dr Paul's office to tell them and he called me back almost immediately. He decided to bring me to Mt. Elizabeth for treatment and his office arranged everything. Within a day, he completed tests and I was on my way home. His office staff are Excellent. They are extremely responsive, professional, and nice. They handle any request almost immediately when I message them. Appointments are effortless with them. They are also knowledgeable on the billing process. I would recommend Dr Paul Ong to my friends and family, or anyone searching for a cardiologist in Singapore. As a US expat, I never questioned anything and always felt very comfortable with my treatment plan. He changed my medication slightly and I had great results. You can tell he truly wants the best for you and will not push you with unnecessary medications/procedures if it's not necessary. His staffs - Sabrina, Vivienne and Mee Ling are also wonderful.
