Dr Damien Lee has become our family GP in the past few years. I've found him to be efficient and thorough with diagnosis and treatment. He is pragmatic and provides a very welcoming, caring and non-judgmental bedside manner. Nursing and reception staff are very organised and kind too. Thanks for looking after all of my family Dr Lee.

Had a consultation with Dr Damien Lee today. My 2nd time here. Had a very good experience so far. I explained my condition and he assessed my situation even before I explained further. And he does not overcharged and provide you with unnecessary medication. Just what you needed Good to have Dr in Singapore that is very passionate with his job rather than trying to sell out their medication. Highly recommended

Very clean clinic, the nurses are very welcome us eventhough we are only tourists, they are very kind asking informations. I visited this clinic today because I've been experiencing occasional sharp pain in my rectal area, and I wasn't sure if it was hemorrhoids or something more serious. While the registration process was fast and the receptionist was polite and welcoming, my experience with the doctor was quite disappointing. The doctor seemed impatient, dismissive, and inattentive. When I explained my symptoms--occasional sharp pain in my butt--and mentioned that I suspected hemorrhoids, he asked me twice why I was there, as if I hadn't just explained it. I had to repeat myself and reiterate that I was worried about hemorrhoids and wanted treatment if necessary. When he asked how long I'd been having these symptoms, I said about a month. His response coupled with his facial expression, "Then why are you only coming today?" felt accusatory, as though he doubted my symptoms or my intentions for seeking care. I also mentioned that I sometimes notice blood in my stool, to which he replied, "Just now you said you didn't have blood in your stool," which i did not say i didn't have blood in my stool, revealing that he wasn't fully paying attention to what I was saying. When I asked whether the issue would resolve completely with medication, his answer was a curt, "I don't know." When I expressed concern about whether it could be something serious, like colon cancer, his response was, again, "I don't know." I understand that not every question has an immediate answer, but there's a more professional way to communicate uncertainty without making a patient feel dismissed. A quick rectal examination was done, and the doctor mentioned that if symptoms persist, he would refer me to a specialist for a more thorough examination. However, what I don't understand is why the doctor was so rude and impatient when I had already made it clear why I was there--to address rectal pain and check for hemorrhoids. Overall, this experience left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and dissatisfied with the care provided. Patients come to a clinic because they are worried about their health and need help, not to feel belittled or brushed off. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures a more professional and empathetic approach from its doctors in the future.

My family and I have been visiting them over the last two decades and continue to regard them as the best doctors in Singapore. Dr Damien, Dr Ho and Dr Jason are extremely knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, compassionate individuals. They are not 'trigger happy' with antibiotics and are very careful in diagnosing / prescribing medication. I have trusted each of them with my children from toddlers to adults, and simply will not see anyone else for care, period. They are also very careful in recommending other specialists as well. Dr Damien in particular is the only doctor I know that constantly follows up after each consultation and checking in on how one is doing. This is true care. I will trust no one but them to take care of me and my family. I cannot recommend Dr Damien and his colleagues enough.

My husband and I have been visiting Dr Damien Lee at this clinic for over 15 years now. Originally it was because the clinic was close to the office, but now we will travel from home to see Dr Lee anyway. He and his team of nurses are always a pleasure to see, and they offer good advice and look after us extremely well. They dispense very effective medication and provide good diagnoses. They are very professional, and also very patient. Even if there are other patients waiting outside, Dr Lee listens carefully to our explanations of our symptoms, so that he can provide the best diagnosis and advice.

I am very disappointed! Dr Damien Lee could not be bothered with me. He saw me as quickly as he could and rushed me out. Later when my lab report came back, he called me to read the report, and before I could finish speaking, he hung up. I called back to report that I find him very unprofessional and he mocked me. The first time I visited him I was very happy with his service and happy to return. I told many of my colleagues about him as well. Unfortunately I am no longer able to promote his clinic. His nurses are very kind and caring, but Dr Damien Lee is conceited and arrogant.

Dr Damien Lee has been my family doctor for years. He is very easy to talk to, kind and friendly. He is attentive and puts in the effort to really care for his patients. Also, Margaret and Joanne at the front desk are very efficient and nice.
