We have been with Dr Ong since 2016 and he has looked after our health very well. We appreciate his patience in answering our questions, quick in administering right diagnostic procedures and provide necessary solutions for our concerns. He has a polite countenance in treating us as his patients, very gentle and kind. He is knowledgeable and very skilled in his area of expertise. We are grateful for Dr Ong and thank God for his life and his medical practice! The clinic premises are clean and welcoming too.

Dr Ong and the nurses [Julia, Janice & Winnie] are very kind & helpful. Dr Ong is very patient and explained to me slowly and patiently on my heart condition, he went extra mile with my request and making me feel comfortable during the consultation and he is very approachable. Thank you Dr Ong!

I've seen many cardio doctors, but Dr Ong remains the most comforting, patient and understanding. He makes every effort to run through your scans, lab results, listens and always explain in great detailed through my cardio journey , especially after my chemo completion. Was warded recently for a strained heart and I was cares for by Dr Ong Hean Yee, and I have very good experience with him as my cardiovascular doctor. Great communication skills, very experienced, very gentle and patient. Very reassuring too, as it was the first time for me to come across having potential heart issues. Good doctor.

Dr Ong is very detail oriented, bright and polite person providing excellent medical care.

Needed a blood test done urgently last month. Dr Ong was extremely helpful. Ordered the test immediately and results came out the next day. Was called back for a review. Dr Ong explained the results and helped me understand all the figures on the report. Thank you Dr Ong.
