I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. A basic sonography, which normally costs 900, was charged 8880 just because the patient was from South Africa. There was no rate list displayed anywhere, which creates confusion and seems intentional. When I asked about the pricing at the counter, the staff member named Kunal rudely said, "This is the rate." When I told him I would escalate the matter, he arrogantly replied, "Who will you talk to?" and started laughing. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am also a patient here, and seeing such behavior with others made me very uncomfortable. Overcharging foreign patients and mocking genuine questions reflects extremely poor ethics. Avoid this hospital if you expect transparency and respect.

Poor Management & Delayed MRI Process I would not recommend this place for diagnostic services like MRI or CT scans due to serious mismanagement and a lack of transparency. My MRI was scheduled after payment was made at 2:42 PM, but my number was not called until 5:40 PM -- almost 3 hours later. Despite being told there were only two patients ahead of me, multiple in-patient (IPD) cases were prioritized without explanation. When I inquired with the staff about the delay, no one had a clear answer -- they simply responded with "this much time is normal." I tried contacting the management, but no one took accountability. Though I have no complaints about the doctors -- they were good -- the operational side was extremely disappointing. I've worked in a hospital myself, and I understand how things work -- this delay and confusion were not due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, but clear mismanagement and negligence. If you're looking for good doctors and consultation, this place might be okay. But if you're considering it for MRI, CT, or reports -- I strongly suggest looking for a more organized facility.

Best Dr.s team in udaipur But sonography department I had a disappointing experience with the Sonography Department at American Hospital. The management seemed very unorganized, and there was a clear lack of proper equipment. Appointments were delayed, and the staff didn't communicate clearly or handle the process efficiently. I expected better service from such a reputed hospital. Improvements in both infrastructure and staff coordination are urgently needed.
I had a very bad experience, the staff was very rude.... These people made me go around 15 times for a sonography, no one was able to tell me clearly that you have to meet this person, go there, Very disgusting Sonography recepationist have no idea ,what to tell and how to guide.....pls look into this
Excellent experience..doctors and all the support staff are very helpful. Dr. Denny is very kind and helpful. Clear all the queries personally. Dietician Miss Urvashi is very nice and supportive. All the administrative support is good.
