The hospital, known for one of the best hospitals in Kota, but services and punctuality are of the lowest standard. I had asked for radiology report of the X-Ray at about 1300 hrs and was given time of 1800 hrs. I have come to collect the report in time but the report is not ready. The time is valuable for the persons other than the hospital staffs. I have grievance in this matter. I hope administration will be able to set the things right or they may communicate that they are not capable of doing it. It was only when time was given by them only. Name of the patient is "Sulochana Gupta" I rate the facility as the poorest as of now.

Patient Reviews
Worst hospital, if you want to save your loved ones DO NOT COME HERE. the staff, doctors, medicine department, lab department, all of them are just concerned about making money, not saving the patient. They have lost all humanity, i lost someone very close because of the negligence, I'm regretting not going to other hospital, they lie to your face about patient's condition, do unnecessary procedures to make money, and the consequences are loss of life.
*Hell is the synonym for Kota Heart Hospital* I was admitted in 'Kota Heart Hospital' for laproscopic cholecystectomy. The doctor who was handling my case was the only nice person there , rest almost everybody in the hospital were jerk. My experience was extremely disappointing and I won't recommend anyone to get admitted there or to get your treatment done from there. I would have given the ratings in negative if it had been possible.
They have started new hospital called "shrijii" where dr.saket goyal was consulted. I dont know why doctors dont attend patient nicley. Being a doctor he should be calm and responsive. When asked about angiography that how it is done, why we need it. He lost his temper. We came back untreated and gave 600 fee + 2100 for test, that cant be returned.
-- What we witnessed at Kota Heart Hospital when my mom was admitted in ICU, was not healthcare -- it was exploitation, negligence, and outright inhumanity. , I sincerely hope you snap out of your comfortable delusion and face the disturbing reality of what goes on under your nose (which practically you are aware of). This so-called hospital treats patients not as living, breathing human beings, but as money-making machines -- opportunities to squeeze every last rupee, out of families desperate to save their loved ones. The staff (specialist doctors, duty doctors, nurse, helpers, attendants) are shockingly inhumane. My mom, in critical condition, was left at the mercy of a careless system that operates more like a business deal than a health care unit. ? . ***** () . It wasn't concern. Anyone with even half a brain could see the motive: push for expensive procedures regardless of what's truly best for the patient. I wish he would have been guiding us rather than creating pressurising urgency. / not only misbehaved but tried to pressure us into a critical decision about dialysis at a moment when we were vulnerable and seeking clarity -- not coercion. She had the audacity to mock my mother's condition, suggesting she had "too many problems" and didn't deserve attention -- yet the same person was pushing the dialysis agenda alongside Dr. ******. Disgusting hypocrisy. Meanwhile, behave as if patients are a nuisance, showing zero empathy, zero urgency, and zero basic decency. They were busy gossiping on their phones, completely detached and indifferent to the pain and urgency surrounding them. There was no sense of compassion, no professionalism. Instead, they spoke loudly, wandered aimlessly through the unit, and treated the ICU like a normal room rather than a critical care space. It felt less like a healthcare facility and more like a circus of chaos and incompetency. All that they are excellent and exceptionally well trained in is to throw - literally throw the family members out of ICU using most rude possible words and gestures as if patient is treated on charity. The ICU -- a place that should be the cleanest and most attentive area in the hospital -- looked like a neglected general ward. Blood stains on the floor, used cotton and gauze lying around, and a mess that screamed neglect and scary unhygienic condition. Hygiene was practically non-existent. It was filthy and unsafe. They didn't even provide food to my mom -- the excuse being that her condition was critical. Are critical patients not supposed to be left without nourishment of any kind? Outside the ICU, family members are forced to sleep on the floor -- no chairs, no waiting area, no dignity. This place is not a hospital -- it's a money-minting trap run with zero humanity. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you're considering Kota Heart Hospital for your loved ones, think again. It's a sinkhole of greed, negligence, and cruelty. / ! .
I don't know about the treatment given by this hospital. But, I am sure that the amenities provided here must be improved. I am a central government officer and visited here for blood & urine test. There is no toilet facilities available for urine sample. I had to use a very dirty toilet here. Photos of toilets are being attached herewith. I humbly request to the hospital administration/management, please look into this matter seriously and provide the better services to patients and their families.
Doctors are not available for 24 hours. Pharmacy staff was not coprate with patient's family members. Patient food service staff is very indisciplanry talk.there is no juice facility for patients. Doctors behaviour are very rude.nursing staff is good but caring staff behaviour not good.
DR. SAKET GOYAL. Very disappointing experience. There's no ethics and equality in consulting patients. Giving more priorty to his overpaying patients and making CGHS AND RGHS Patients wait for hours. His peon sitting outside his cabin is rude with patients and misbehaves. He even doesn't have clerical sense to manage patients, gives same consultation number to 2 patients. If there can't be equality in treating patients please stop services for CGHS AND RGHS patients. Consulting government doctor is more convenient than getting trapped for hours in this hospital. I suggest to consult to government doctor, Dr Bhanwar Ranwa who sits in medical college. He's more generous and humble, treats his all patients equally.
