Today my father underwent endoplasty by doctor siddhart sethi, he infused 2 stents due to artery blockage. We went for advise and everything multiple times . He was always available, transparent and patient with us with clarity. He took care of everything. It was very smooth experience for us. I highly recommend gyaan Jyoti where the surgery happened

While the doctor Siddharth sethi, at this clinic deserves a five-star rating for their excellent medical care, my recent experience with the female administrative and reception staff was extremely disappointing. Their behavior significantly detracted from the overall visit, especially when dealing with patients already under stress due to illness. We visited cardiologist, and patient are cardio patients, but staff thr make sure they will raise the patient's temperament who is already a cardio patient by argueing, shouting and making them aggressive. Specifically, I observed a profound lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff, including those managing receipts/invoices and files.Their approach felt like a 'saas-bahu TV show' dynamic; when we asked questions or needed assistance, their responses were met with an unacceptable attitude and dismissive phrases like 'hume hamara kaam karna aata he' ('we know how to do our job'). Here are the key areas where the female staff demonstrated significant shortcomings: * Less understanding: They showed very little comprehension or willingness to listen to our concerns. * Family background (implied attitude): Their dismissive and arrogant attitude suggested a lack of professional demeanor. * They think they are more powerful: There was a clear sense of superiority and an unwillingness to be helpful. Because they think, if one patient will not come, there will not be any monetory harm. * No kindness and empathy: Compassion, which is vital in a medical setting, was completely absent. * No customer management: Their inability to handle patient interactions professionally and courteously was evident. Improving staff training in patient interaction, empathy, and customer service is crucial for this gyan shanti hospital(cardio team, not doctor) to provide a holistic and positive patient experience."

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Siddharth Sethi . From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Siddharth took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, ensuring that I understood every step of the treatment process. His expertise and calm demeanor made me feel at ease, even during a stressful time. He was very attentive to my concerns, and I never felt rushed during my appointments. His treatment has greatly improved my health and I am able to live a completely normal life, with out any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Siddharth Sethi to anyone in need of cardiology care. He's truly one of the best!

Great Doctor. He has very good hand in Angiography/Angioplasty.

He is a very knowledgeable professional, but explains the situation without any show off. Even for a serious matter, there was no sense of urgency / panic in his tone. Thankfully my relative is fine now, but we were already relaxed in his presence much before. Would highly recommend meeting him once, even if it is for a second opinion.

He was very humble and attentive to details. He build rapport with his patient before initiating his treatment. And focused on getting results with minimal expenses. It is advisable to take his opinion on the matter of concern.

I had a great experience..Dr siddharth is very patient and a very knowledgeable doctor, and a very experienced doctor as well. He will make sure you feel well and fit and perfect ,he is a dedicated and determined doctor . If you have any issue with regards to heart and health in general ,you must visit him to clear all your queries.
