Dr Saket Goyal's behaviour appeared to be rude. Staff was having "Don't care" attitude. Don't visit Kota Heart Hospital until and unless it's urgent and there is no other option. Don't understood, why there is no empathy for patients in a place like hospital where they need it the most. It's not like that the hospital is not aware about there non streamline proc ess and staff but they seems to believe in " Take it or leave it".
