I had a wonderful experience at Preksha Hospital. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff were extremely professional and compassionate, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Chetna Jain & Dr. Preksha jain was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment plan, addressing all my questions and concerns. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. Thanks to their expertise and support, I'm now expecting, and I couldn't be more grateful!

I Dr. Manish admitted my father to this hospital. While seeing the patient file, the hospital staff spoke to me very rudely and told me that it is a crime to touch the patient file, I cannot see the file, and continuously spoke to me in a very loud and aggressive voice and made me feel insulted afte that i request to other staff for a file he did not answers my question and started going from there totally ignored. Despite being a private hospital, I got a chance to see all this even after paying the fees of all the staff. No action taken even after calling the complaint number. What is my father's treatment going? Is this a crime to ask?

Cool behaviour of doctors and nursing staff and they are very humble to patients

The experience in preksha hospital was very comfortable and swift. The behaviour of the doctors was commendable, they were very polite and informative. The medical store was also pretty good, they had all the medicines readily available and the staff there was very helpful.
