Dr. Pal balaji hospital , jodhpur

I had been experiencing urinary problems for a few days, so I visited Dr. Surendra Kumar at Pal Balaji Hospital on April 10th. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience as the doctor did not speak to me directly even once. Instead, his assistant ( doctor whose identity and medical history were not disclosed anywhere ) handled the consultation, quickly prescribing tests and medicines without giving me a chance to explain my symptoms or concerns. Typically, medications are prescribed after reviewing test results, but that was not the case here. I felt overlooked and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and attention during the consultation. The nurses and receptionists at the hospital were polite and attentive. My experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hospital to others. Thank u

Very bad experience, MRI report not prepared after 3 days , no answer, no management, visited many times but no answer, wastage of time and money

Totally scam..They had thermometer which always give temperature above 105 degrees. They made money so that you can get furious and in hurry they made bills of drip, medicine and various other blood test. I advise to all never go there.

I liked the hospital very much. What I liked best about this hospital is that the staff is very good and I liked the doctor's treatment and way of talking and the cleanliness is also very good.

This hospital is totally fraud I operated my wife of kidney stone and we checked it after one month there was a kidney stone. What they operated! When I called to hospital they talked very rudely.

All the facilities are very good but in summers the AC stops working sometimes due to which the condition of the admitted patients becomes suffocating
