Very poor service. Just showing of professional but there is nothing professional is here. Staff has not proper guidance even Doctor doesn't has also. Window 11 is worst service. Every prosess take 2 to 3 hours time i wasted 4 hours in a day but not done anything. Still waiting in queue.. Still waiting in queue on window 11. Wasted Half of day. Still not getting any solution... Very worst service.

Worst hospital doctors and staff ,poor people keeps hope and come for treatment than they receptionist people are wasting time of that patient upto evening and they are not getting treat properly they are simply adviveing something -2 and throw patient like garbage very rude behaviour by ENT department staff and doctors they don't know how to put proctoscop inside ear they are forcefully insert inside ear patient are getting much pain but they were thinking like nothing happen VERY BAD And pathetic condition of this hospital if we will take healthy person to them they will make them patient kindly avoid to take patient to this hospital for treatment! Hospital employe are simply getting salary from government ! One day karma return them back because employe and doctor are playing with patient Life.

Mathura Das Mathur Hospital having a good space but it's having some irritating problems like ok it's having not good staff members and their affiliated entities This hospitals services are very poor and lazy its staff is is not careful or patient friendly and helpful This Hospital can be a good type of hospital if that can changes in their services aur staff members

It's very (MDM)big and highly service providers hospital of West Rajasthan it's very useful for West Rajasthan population It's has very high-tech and full staff hospital It's provide 24x7 facilities And it has very big infrastructure and very clean and green campus Provide facility for pateint setting sleep and medicine treatment It boon for West Rajasthan one of the most things all treatment are available at free of cost

Plz look after...neuro surgery ward.unit A.. maintenance required in bathroom and toilet...water is continuously draining and comod of lat are broken

This hospital is a very bad experience..Lady doctors do not have the manners to talk to the patient and after treating them they say that they did not understand anything...

MDM is the worst Hospital I have seen in my life... The staff of medical are very rude and does reply at all they are busy in there own matter and talking and they say male's are not allowed to take medicine from here Women's are also standing in males line I will request to MDM mangement to remove this staff from MDM I will complain in Police Station alsooo
