Dr. Manidhari Hospital & Maloo Neuro Centre

I recently visited Manidhari Hospital in Jodhpur and had a very positive experience. From the moment we entered, the hospital staff was polite, professional, and supportive. The reception process was smooth, and the emergency services were prompt and well-organized. The hospital is clean, hygienic, and equipped with modern medical technology, which gave us confidence in the quality of treatment being offered. We consulted with Dr. J.C. Maloo, a senior neurologist, whose experience and calm approach helped us understand the condition clearly. He listened patiently, explained the diagnosis in simple terms, and outlined the treatment plan effectively. The nursing team was equally attentive, ensuring timely medication and regular monitoring of vitals. What stood out most was the overall coordination between departments and the transparency in billing and reports. We were updated regularly and never felt lost or uninformed. The hospital also has an in-house pharmacy and diagnostic lab, which saved us time and effort. Overall, Manidhari Hospital provides a very high standard of healthcare and a reassuring environment for patients and families. Your receptionist is very rude she don't have manners to talk such a rude girl who's attending the call she said if u want to visit u can otherwise we don't need anyone. How rude ur staff is. I am searching from outside Jodhpur and someone is suggested me about dr Jc mallo bt the way ur staff is talking I dont think the hospital is good or the patient because patient need good behaviour. The girl is also not telling her name and cut the phone and she said we dont take any appointment. Request to hospital please hier proper staff to attend calls. Very disappointed 1st call and last call nd suggest everyone to not visit this hospital

Good hospital. Emergency facilities are there, infrastructure is good, experienced doctors,, well spaced and ventilated wards. Filtered chilled water is available. Cleanliness is maintained. Toilets are cleaned but not maintained for whole day. Physiotherapy department is also there.

Pathetic hospital ever... doctors and staffs are very unprofessional and with no experience... my father passed aways in this hospital beacse of the negligence of doctors and untrained staff... doctors here are simply making money... absolutely business nothing else...

My wife is undergoing nerve / spine treatment from Ahmedabad. So doctor suggested a vital injection to be taken under guidance of a doctor in any hospital at my hometown - Jodhpur. We decided to get it done at Manidhari Hospital this time as our earlier experience at Vasundhara Hospital was time consuming. But it was worse at MH&MNC. The staff is highly inefficient and unprofessional. Nurses are very inexperienced and novice. They don't know basic procedures. They missed half the dose of steroids to be injected in glucose bottle. The type of injection and the way of treatment was clearly mentioned in our prescription but doctor there added their own treatment, asked for few more tests and tried to increase our stay from one day to two days. They added unnecessary injection of paracetamol, gas etc. The sole aim was to increase the bill. Overall worst experience, even after paying you don't get the desired standard of services. To all the Doctors - "God has bestowed you with the skill of treating the disease. Money should not be the foremost motive of this noble profession. Money will ultimately follow while serving humanity."

I am not sure about whole team but my dad was treated by J C Maloo ji......and he is too strict, I mean he don't allow attenders to explain the problem. He asks only patient to explain the problem. My father don't speak clearly but still he wants to hear from him. When others speaks he starts shouting on them. I feel doctor should be friendly to everyone.
