Very poor management never visit this doctor staff is very rude by nature they even dont know how to talk to patients. And you have to keep waiting for hours for your turn and when you enquire them they are very rude don't know how to manage paitents properly

Most humble Dr. I have seen in my life till this time..way of treatment is extraordinary.

I cant understand how did he gave the medicines to patient when there wasnt a diagnosis of bit . Because people come from far places of rural areas who cant understand your reports n take away the costly medicines adviced by u doesnt mean that all those are fools. Recently a patient visted n without any proper diagnosis he provided dozens of medicines and after taking the medicines patient got into trouble in a situation to die , screaming stomachache etc etc . When called to the receptioned wheter to continue medicines further or what necessary action need to be taken plz cosult to dr n inform us as soon as possible vut unfortunately did not got any fruitful even any reply Very shameful sir

In my opinion Dr.Gaurav Gandhi is best gastrologist in jodhpur.

He is the best when it comes to diagnosis and talking to patients. The reason why the staff is rude is because he sees hundreds of patients in a day and it is very difficult to manage each one of them. I would like to suggest the staff a token system and display screen so that patients are aware of their token numbers and don't disturb the staff. Also,rude staff must improve their behaviour with patients.There are many patients who come from remote villages and they need to be sensitive and cordial to them.

Sraff is not attending call timely to reply them.patient is only choice to wait. Not confirm over call after taking appointment. Request to Dr Gaurav Gandhi Sir, Pleaae change the process of appoitment so that patients cannot suffer..

He has no time for patients, he sees almost 80 patients daily in his clinic, only one minute consultant, no proper treatment
