Dr. Krishna Heart and General Hospital

I had a very disappointing experience at the reception of Krishna Heart Hospital. The lady at the desk (pictured) was extremely unprofessional and rude, which created a very negative first impression. Shockingly, they even denied giving me a cover file, despite the fact that I could clearly see a stack of new files available with them. Such behavior is not only unhelpful but also reflects a serious lack of basic courtesy and patient service. While I have no doubt that Dr. Pushpendra is a good doctor, it's equally important for him to ensure that his staff maintains a standard of professionalism and respect. A hospital's reputation depends not just on the doctor's expertise but also on how patients are treated from the moment they walk in. I hope the hospital administration takes this feedback seriously and addresses such unacceptable conduct at the front desk.

Terribly mismanaged hospital. No prioritisation of emergency patients and what is worse is the behaviour of the staff. Most of the doctors seem to be skilled, but the management staff and administration have 0 knowledge of how to deal with a patient and their attendants. The staff is quick to argue and intimidate and as attendants we have to be very firm and aggressive to get even the smallest things done. There are better managed hospitals in the neighborhood area, patients should visit those in case of emergency.

Highly impressed with the doctors and the staff. The hospital has all the facilities required for the immediate relief of patients with uncomfortable symptoms. Dr Pushpendra, Dr Ghanshyam and Dr Rajneesh .. all of them are very nice, very polite and very assertive when it comes to the dealing of patients The staff is super cordial and very very helpful. The ICU and The CCU unit has very skilled and empathetic staff members. A special thanks to the nursing staff - Seema, Vandana, Deepak, Nitin and Yogesh for their unparalleled service and the after care of my mom. They have been super kind. The best thing about the hospital is the way they all speak and attend the patients. Hats off to them By far the best even when compared to the biggest of branded 5 and 7 star hospitals. For the right treatment of the ailment, the patient and the fears and anxieties, this hospital is the best place to be. I would also like to mention that the guards outside the ccu unit are also so trained to take care of the comfort of the patients and the movement of people around. Very disappointed with Dr pushpendra Garg...I felt rushed through my appointment without any real concern for my questions or symptoms. No respect of privacy 5-6 patients at a time in the cabin. It like a show or circus....I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking thorough and compassionate cardiac care...I you want to see circus or waste your time and money go for it.
