They consider RGHS as second class patient. I took my parents to see Dr. G.L. Sharma. The cashier at counter did not informed that Dr. G.L Sharma will not see RGHS patients. We waited outside doctors cabin and when it was my parent's turn to meet doctor, his staff did not let us see Dr. G.L. Sharma. After waiting for 40 min we were told that my parents are not allowed to see Dr. G.L. Sharma because they are from RGHS category. My parents were made to meet some junior doctor. Thereafter I went to cash counter to reconfirm if Dr G.L. Sharma is seeing RGHS category patients or not. The cashier confirmed that yes Dr G.L. Sharma is seeing them but then again staff outside doctor's cabin simply refused. I understood that is lack of transparency is deliberately put in place to cheat patients while avoiding action from government.

Canteen staff Deepesh ji is so cooperative and nice person
