Dr. Hissaria Multispeciality Hospital

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hissaria hospital. It felt like the primary goal here was to extort money rather than provide proper medical care. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful -- they didn't offer any meaningful updates about the patient's condition, despite repeated requests. They are not having any specialist available and arrange visit from outside and every visit cost 500, yet we received no clear diagnosis or treatment plan. There seemed to be a complete lack of experienced professionals, and the entire process felt disorganized and exploitative. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this place with their or their loved ones' health.

Worst system of this hospital no meanings of numbering if you have reference then you can go first otherwise sit and wait in lobby for upto 3 Hrs or more...and spend whole day in the hospital Recommend not to visit this hospital

It is the best hospital in that area which provide tremendous health care facilities. It is affordable, so no extra burden to our pocket. Experienced doctors make this hospital perfect .

Not good experience. We admitted our patient into the hissaria hospital but for the ECHO Test we refeered to Dr abhishek saxena. We were waiting for test since morning. But staff named Ahmed under Dr saxena is arrogant and unprofessional.We asked them for test multiple times. Both Dr saxena and his staff walked out from the chamber just before the test and keep us waiting for more half an hour. I request the management of the Hospital to remove these kind of employees. Kindly take necessary action aganist this staff.

They are fraud because their purpose is just to make money by hook and crook. They scare patients and attendants to keep Patient admit in the hospital so that they can make more & more money. Rooms are dirty and doctors and staff are unprofessional.

Poorest in terms of services. No bedsheet,no pillow for patient (even in semi private wards). No bills are provided for investigations or procedures. When your patient is in operation theatre suddenly one person's calls the attendants and asks cash as anesthetist fees. Lab technicians are untrained, they don't practice cleaning of the areas before withrawl of samples. All nurses are untrained, inhuman behaviour. No counselling is done prior to any procedure, consents are taken without informing the patient or attendants. No post-op care. No sweepers available. I even discussed the issues with one of senior doctor, though she behaved very politely, but she herself confessed of poor services and nothing can be done in this case. I am myself a primary care physician but we Do not provide such poor services to any of our patients. Such a disappointing experience, will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
