Subject: Formal Complaint Against Hospital, Dr., and Staff for Unfair Practices and Cheating Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and lodge a formal complaint against the hospital, Dr., and staff regarding the treatment of my father who was admitted after a bike accident with multiple injuries. Despite having an insurance policy with a TPA team for cashless treatment, the hospital and staff exhibited very bad behavior and engaged in practices that amount to cheating. When my father was admitted in an emergency case, the hospital staff said they would take care of everything. However, when I inquired about TPA coverage and pre-approval for cashless treatment, they stated that our policy wasn't covered for cashless and instead asked us to pay in cash and claim reimbursement. I emphasized that all rates should be as per the policy coverage, with no extra charges beyond what the TPA covers. The TPA company deducted Rs. 7000 from my reimbursement claim, citing that the room charge was limited to Rs. 1500 per day while the hospital had charged higher. When I asked the hospital why they charged more, they said their rates differ for cashless policies versus cash payments. I pointed out the discrepancy in amounts, and they said they couldn't help. This behavior is unacceptable. Compounding the issue, without my permission, the hospital allotted a private room leading to high charges. When I asked why a private room was given knowing the TPA company wouldn't allow such high charges, they said I was responsible for not denying it. This is outrageous. I have all papers to show that hospital rates for cashless policy are low, but for cash payments, room charges are high. I feel cheated by the hospital, Dr., and staff who took advantage of the situation, leading to significant financial loss. This amount is very high for me, and I believe this is a case of cheating the patient and exploiting their grievances for financial gain. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the hospital, Dr., and staff for their unfair practices and cheating. I seek redress for the financial loss incurred due to their actions.

* I came here on 11th July 2023 around 18.30 to undergo MRI SCAN for right ankle, got my reports the next day around 11.00 on WhatsApp and took film later in the afternoon. * I requested for headphones as the machine creates irritating sound at high volumes, but there were no headphones available here. However, Mr. Bharat gave me cotton, so that it doesn't damage my ears, but they didn't stay at place due to vibration of the machine and gave no protection to the ears. * Mr. Bharat was responsive in every aspect and kind in nature. * Few weeks earlier, my Mamiji was admitted at the hospital in 1st floor emergency ward for blood transfusion. The toilet of the first floor was unhygienic and unclean. Talking about the staff, they were not in uniform and unprofessional. The guy who removed the cannula had big and dirty nails, also his shirt top 3 buttons were open. * No matter how the big hospital might be, but staff being unprofessional gives negative feedback related to the Hospital.

Very bad staff behaviour. They talk rudely with patient. Do not treat well their patient, it's like we are getting treated free of cost and if you are thinking to complain with their manager or senior so they will tell you the administrative room where you can make complain, like no one can do anything

Very very bad hospital in bhiwadi pls don't come here it's my humble request to all of you who are reading this review don't come here specially whose wife is pregnant don't start their treatment from this hospital...Dr Menu Bala don't have good experience how to deal with pregnant women she is so so arrogant and not treat patient well ...very very careless doctor as well as staff ...Almost every pregnancy case she destroy and the miscarriage ratio is very high ..Pls don't come here ..very bad experience of mine ...

Very bad experience this hospital i can't suggest any one for treatment this hospital. RGHS OPD very bad If you have got an X-ray done then you will not get the report in 12 hours and you will not get medicines until the X-ray report is uploaded on RGHS Portal. Bhiwadi worst hospital.

Very bad hospital, staff and housekeeping is very careless. Wouldn't doctor visit or not. Everything trust on god .Not given discharge timely. Very bad service.
