The token system doesn't work well because staff members send patients in based on their own preferences instead of following the order of tokens.When patients ask for information, staff often react with anger, making it difficult to get help. This behavior discourages patients and contributes to a stressful environment.

We know being a Dr. you have so much duties to do but if you are such a reputable one people do expect that you should be on time atleast, writing after waiting for more than an hour still no traces of yours , similarly your staff , the two boys who were sitting on the medicine counter were harassing people with no shame saying that you were not looking ill , does he ie having any right to say so , just by god grace I haven't broke his face yet.

Management at clinic is very poor. No. Provided on token has no value because staff sitting outside send patient according to there convince and if asked by the staff about any information then they start screaming.
