Great staff and Doctor. Dr. Anupama is very knowledgable and carries wealth of Ayurvedic and allopathic experience and expertise. The nurses are no less, especially Prabhjit and Charan are both caring nurses. And, they know how to bump up their patients morale thereby keeping the environment very light and jolly. Nice work by the entire SAOOL team at this location

No specific results delivered, just talk no result. No reduction in blockages even after full treatment and later they don't have any specific reasons for no results. Will suggest to new patients to thoroughly think before opting them.

Dear All, To begin with, after watching online videos I decided to visit mohali center in the month of June for EECP with hope that my brother will recover, but we were quite disappointed with the behaviour of nurse - Prabhjeet Kaur, Rude behaviour, arrogant and misbehaved with my mother. Also, when I informed the same issue to online Saaol team Delhi, they called up center and Dr. Anupama ma'am have directly called my brother who was ill stating ' what susheel your sister have complained about our center.. Which cardiac doctor directly calls up patients who is facing cardiac problem... giving him stress and making them uncomfortable???? Is this acceptable? With huge sorrow I would like to inform to everyone that my only brother Susheel have left us he has taken last breath on 20th July. From : Sangeetha

The Chandigarh/Mohali centre staff were rude, arrogant, and more focused on arguing than assisting patient. The Head of the Centre ( Ayurvedacharya Dr) is rarely present may be due to managing multiple franchise locations of Detox & EECP, Allopathic treatment, and is often unreachable by phone. I had completed 4 detox doses in Noida and was assured that treatment quality and continuity would be the same at all centres. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The experience fell far short of expectations even after taking 10 Detox doses, and despite raising concerns with the branch doctor, there was no visible improvement. Balance 6 doses, I took at Noida, even I was at Chandigarh/Mohali, despite some gap. No specific results on blockages delivered yet but talked! Dr. Bimal Chhajer should urgently review and may streamline operations -- patients should not have to suffer due to the above. I hope this feedback is taken positively and used to improve the experience for future patients.
