Dr. Dr. Bonnie Abujam

Dr. Bonnie Abujam was one of the most disappointing doctors I've ever encountered. She comes across as extremely arrogant and dismissive, showing little to no empathy or patience. Her behavior was cold and inhuman -- it felt like I was being treated as a number, not a person. The consultation felt rushed, the diagnosis seemed careless, and she pushed a battery of expensive tests and strong medications without proper explanation. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate or competent medical professional. Please consider getting a second opinion before trusting your health with her.

Truly grateful to have found Dr. Bonnie: Finding out I had serious health issues so early in life was really tough, but Dr. Bonnie made it all feel manageable. She reassured me in such a calm, confident way that I walked out feeling hopeful and supported. She's one of the easiest doctors to talk to, always greeting you with a smile and genuinely taking the time to listen. She never rushes through appointments and explains everything so clearly. Even though her OPD is usually packed, she gives each patient the attention they deserve. Her team is just as amazing, especially Aman, her PA, makes bookings and follow-ups super smooth; the whole staff is kind, respectful, and patient. I feel really lucky to be under their care.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bonnie Abujam. I found her diagnosis to be rushed and the treatment approach overly aggressive without sufficient explanation or consideration of alternative opinions. The focus seemed more on prescribing numerous tests and medications rather than thoroughly understanding the patient's condition. Communication and follow-up support were also lacking. I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.

Dr was good, but waiting time is too long, not sure why doctor write number of tests which cost around 15k, and ask to have shingle vaccine which is again cost around 10k to patient. Sohana hospital itself called as charitable hospital but doesn't seems to. Doctor was pretty good, seems like she bound in the contract to act as a money making machine for hospital. With huge respect will request to Dr please write down the tests which really need to be done, everyone comes to hospital in their bad times and not everyone is financial strong. I am not sure why she is forcing the patients towards the expensive injections, and some injections are under trail. Overall, doctor is good but bit expensive, as she right down number of tests which cost you around 15-20 k, and injections which are 30-50 k, injections have 2,3 doses quartile, and those injections are not available from outside, so which means commissions goes to doctor pocket directly.

I met doctor for the first time and she truly listened to me with warmth, care and concern. Her friendly dialogue with patient with the history is exceptionally good. Her supporting staff too are very hospitable, kind and understanding. May God bless them all
