I had a very bad experience with the cardiology department at Sohana Hospital. My parents traveled all the way from Jammu, only to be met with unprofessional behavior from many doctors. While a few were professional, most seemed to think they were superior. Doctors are highly regarded, but that doesn't give them the right to treat patients poorly. We had to wait all day, only to see a doctor who barely spoke for a minute, didn't explain anything, and just prescribed tests and medication without offering any proper guidance or understanding. It was an extremely frustrating experience."
