I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and service provided by the staff, doctors, and facilities at Ace /Sivalik Hospital during my father's recent hospitalization. The team demonstrated remarkable efficiency, compassion, and dedication, ensuring timely treatment and comfort. Throughout the eight-day stay, the hospital staff went above and beyond to ensure my father's comfort and well-being. I am particularly impressed with the quick response, attentive care, and seamless coordination among the medical team. Their kindness, empathy, and courtesy made a significant difference during a challenging time. Their commitment to patient care is truly commendable.

My 97 year old father underwent Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement at Ace with Dr. Puneet Verma. Given his age we as a family were super concerned and worried about the procedure. Our experience with Dr. Verma was just amazing - he takes the time to answer all questions, address all concerns, and discuss the procedure plan in detail with the patient and family. He was always available pre and post-procedure, checks on all his patients personally, and has the best bedside manners! One can tell he is very dedicated and passionate about his profession and puts patient care and safety above everything else. Plus he runs a tight ship at Ace - from the staff to the facilities at Ace- our experience was nothing short of amazing! The ward staff who took care of him in the room - Pushpa, Shivani, Shiny, Dugli- we cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of our dad! Sandeep and the entire CCU staff - sorry I don't remember everyone's name - you all were very competent and professional! Sandeep was kind enough to indulge my dad in his let me "check your grip strength" young man! CCU was run as an CCU should be - limited access to visitors and proper gowning and mask precautions before seeing a patient in CCU. Everyone kept meticulous records and knew each patient's requirement and thus transfers between night and day staff were seamless! Even Arman who runs the cafeteria - thanks for all the coffee and tea supply during a very stressful time! The facility is amazing, nice, spacious; and clean rooms- proper hygiene maintained at all times! My words are just not enough to thank Dr. Verma and his staff at Ace! We consider ourselves lucky to have landed at Ace with Dr. Verma for our dad's treatment!

Very professional service and care provided by all nursing staff and doctors.My mother in law is stable and happy to get treatment done.All nurses are very competent and professional and they looked after my mother in law in CCU very well for last 5 days .Thank you so much to all staff members and doctors and nurses for taking extra care of her.

My mother has been under Dr. Puneet Verma's care for the past two years. Her cardiovascular health has been steadily improving with his treatment. Dr. Puneet is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicates clearly. The entire team is supportive. Truly grateful.
